Image design and composition is probably one of the most fundamental forms of artistic expression. This field of art is almost infinite in its possible manifestations. An image can be created with highly complex computer programmes or with the simplest of means. In the digital cosmos, each pixel can be configured exactly according to the artists ideas and wishes. In contrast, impressive works of art can also be created with natural materials such as stones, twigs or with coal. The ability to compose images is as complicated as it is simple. It depends on the artist and his creative intention. The Canvas remix by Just Emma & Urem is a little darker than the original version. Expressive percussions and analogue-sounding synths give the song a clubby makeover. Elements of the original track are used thoughtfully and in specific places. Among other things, the unique vocals are incorporated into the new composition. Overall, this remix is a successful addition to the original and presents another form of Canvas music. I wanted to have a bouncy yet dark tune to play in clubs. Something that would give smile on people faces while they're dancing their ass off. I also had this idea of simple, fun and catchy lyrics. My girlfriend helped me writing the gimmick and I recorded her voice.

1) What is your favorite book to read?

That's not an easy question because I definitely don't read enough. but at the moment I'm reading the book: "Paris - ein Fest fürs Leben" by Ernest Hemingway and I love the way Hemingway calmly talks about his time and describes life as an artist in Paris.

2) If you were a super-hero, what powers would you have?

There are a lot of good answers for the second question. I think
speaking for humanity, my superpower would be to end wars and hunger, for me personally the greatest superpower would be to be infinitely free from all constraints and conventions.

3) What's the longest you've gone without sleep (and why)?

The longest I was up was like 40 hours when we organized our own open air and were busy throughout the night. Otherwise, sleep is very important to me and you will rarely find me at extended after-hour sessions
