Catherine Grace is a singer, songwriter and saxophone player, hailing from the Central Coast NSW Australia. Her unique style is a fusion between smooth jazz and blues with a sprinkling of pop. With her smooth and sultry vocal style, she finds inspiration in singers such as Norah Jones, Diana Krall and Lana Del Rey. As for her saxophone playing she can’t go past her biggest idols, Candy Dulfer and Stan Getz. 

Catherine is a very experienced performer, having played many gigs including private functions, weddings, residencies in cafes and restaurants, the post-show supper club performances following Elton John, Crowded House, Santana, Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, Neil Diamond and Bruce Springsteen.



She has a new EP 'Marshmallow Man' which is now available for purchase on iTunes.

A soulful bluesy guitarist, singer and harmonica player who enjoys grooving solo and acoustically or with his electric band The Strollers, Tomlin’s versatility has led to comparisons with John Mayer, James Taylor and Jack Johnson.

The last couple of years have seen some exciting landmarks in his career including supporting Robert Cray at The ABC in Glasgow, The Black Seeds at the Liquid Rooms in Edinburgh and releasing his debut EP “We Are Stories” on his own record label Spiky Lion Records.

When he is not out playing live, Tomlin spends his time teaching guitar and harmonica at Strollers Music School in Edinburgh.

2014 will see Tomlin taking his show on the road internationally!

The Australian songwriter Josh Downing is the driving force behind Downwrite Music. He is currently based in the UK where he is writing and recording with a number of artists. Since 2003 he has been crafting his songwriting skills with bands such as Emerson and Little Hill and has worked with music producers from across Australia including Caleb James.(www.calebjames.com) He cut his teeth in the Brisbane music scene as a songwriter/guitarist before packing his guitars and heading overseas. In 2010 he made the move to the UK where he is writing new material and searching for artists and publishers to represent his songs. His unique style of writing has been described as "solid and melodic"(www.smashedrecords.com) and has an amazing ability to capture emotion. His sound draws on influences from old time heroes such as Jackson Browne and James Taylor and blends with contemporary writers like Monty Powell and Josh Kear. As a budding songwriter/guitarist  I find it can be hard to find great songs for inspiration but of course there are plenty out there if you search hard enough and Soundcloud helps !  

I'm always searching for a song that knocks me off my perch like when I first heard "Africa" by Toto, "More than a feeling" by Boston and "461 Ocean Boulevard" by Eric Clapton. Let's not forget the "Reckless" album by Bryan Adams (don't forget the brilliant Nerina Pallot who supported Bryan Adams on tour).

I will be downloading quite a few more of my songs plus a few covers and probably a lot more acoustic numbers for your enjoyment (hopefully) and any comments are greatly appreciated.Let's keep music live.!

I want to produce myself but work full time so the easiest device I've found to sing and play for most of my tracks  which you can hear is the Gtrack microphone Samson.It takes a little while to work out how to record everything on your laptop but thank God for Youtube tutorials which helped me.
