Madloch's Crossfade Sounds welcomes Dott. Santafeo back to the label for the first remix sampler of his debut album that got released last year "Basileo Regolo Re Di Biss". For the remixes Darper, Bruit Blanc & Kaan Elitok got invited.

Leonardo Patrizi aka Dott. Santafeo is a DJ, producer, live performer and sound designer. Perhaps best known for his deep and dubby take on techno, the Civita Castellana resident has never been an artist bound by traditional genre classifications, having freely experimented with many different forms of electronic music along the way. Having first emerged in 2020 with an EP via Organica Sound, Dott. Santafeo was then quickly regarded for his dubbed out beats, glacial designs and evolving atmospheric storyboards. Projects for Apnea Label, ChessBoard Music, Sense Label, Zero Signal Records and more followed across the next calendar year, further establishing Dott as a rising talent. Also a highly regarded DJ, the Italian has been a fixture of his country's nightlife for the last decade, delighting crowds at some of the country's trendiest venues, while still choosing vinyl as the primary means to translate his message to the dance floor.

And today we are going to please you with a new mini album «Meditation", recorded during gloomy winter evenings together with DP-6 project and rcnetlark. Continuing the idea of "67P Churyumov-Gerasimenko" album, “Meditation" also consists of seven episodes. But this time it comes from space depths down to earth for calm, harmony and balance.
Meditation was inspired by the idea of combining atmospheric electronic music and ethnic motifs. All the episodes of the album are purposely arranged in the their creation order,  not to disrupt the harmony of meditation.
We were looking for the beauty in sleeping winter forest, wrapped in snow, in the foggy sea and in the most non-obvious spaces. Sometimes music made us feel blue and sometimes we found solace in it. 
And finally, when we finished the seventh episode, we realized that we had succeded to share our feelings with you. So close your eyes and follow your breath. The meditation begins.

DP-6 is a music project founded in 2000 by Vadim Indigo and Alexey Filin. The duo's work is deeply influenced by the electronic scene of the 1990s, which has shaped their unique style and artistic vision. A turning point for DP-6 came in 2003 with the release of their debut vinyl record.

In addition to composing music, Vadim and Alexey are the founders of DP-6 Records, a label that not only releases their own tracks but also supports the talents of other artists. DP-6 is also known for their successful remixes released on various labels.
