"It all started as a self reflection process in order to move past hurdles and obstacles that both me and my brother experienced.
So at the end of the day, we made “Through Obstacles” selfishly for ourselves.
We started writing beginning of 2020 and finished in June, 2020.
In the beginning of the writing process, we both knew that we were onto something special. Special, in the way that it felt real, honest and effortless. From that moment, there was no turning back. 
The songs touch on many different topics: love, loss, regret, doubt, failure… But ultimately finding a way to come out stronger on the other side. 

While writing and recording, it helped us deal with our own demons and eventually accept that it’s all part of life and no matter how many times you fall down, the only thing that matters is how fast you get up again.

“Through Obstacles” expresses true human emotion and we are beyond happy, truly proud and excited for people to hear it.
We hope that people are able to find their own truth and path by listening to it and all the music we keep on making and putting out there."

Founded by brothers David & Goran Mihaljević, Dreams & Bloom is a two-piece band currently based in Frankfurt, Germany.
Starting their musical journey at a young age made them realize early on that music is the one thing that they could always communicate through. 
Growing up in Bosnia and Herzegovina in a small village turned out to be the perfect place to isolate themselves and find their voice through music. 
After years of life and live experiences, they would finally start writing their own songs, which would ultimately open a completely new world for them moving forward. 
The experiences that they both would have in their separate lives would always lead them back to each other to do what they do best.
