Daliśmy się już z grubsza poznać w ostatnich miesiącach, a to oznacza że to najwyższy czas, żebyśmy mogli zaprezentować Wam twórców którzy swoim wyborem selekcyjnym, estetyką i techniką uderzają w nasze gusta. Tak się sprawy mają z Sylwią, która (ku naszej uciesze) otwiera serie 00cast.   

gummi to notoryczna diggerka, reprezentantka miasta stołecznego i najnowszy dobytek tegorocznego UNSOUND. To selekcyjna wilczyca w owczej skórze i artystka panoramiczna. W jej secie spotkacie niemalże wszystko co gangsterskie w muzyce. Od eksperymentu, ambientu przez jungle, dub, break aż do trapu, footworku i jersey club. Nie dajmy się jednak specjalnie zamknąć w gatunkowe szuflady, bo set gummi to podróż z objazdem w najróżniejsze miejsca na klimatycznej mapie. Nie szukalibyśmy tu liniowej historii, klubowej struktury czy radiowego brzmienia. To raczej sen lewitujący od Washington Park do Manchesteru - i to na spokojnie. To kompozycja niewystraszona i puszczona ze smyczy, czyli to czego szukamy w muzyce. Sprawdźcie ją (˶˃ᆺ˂˶)

Loïc Berger aka E-Unity is an established thinker of the french leftfield techno scene. He’s released several records, tunes and remixes since 2017 through labels such as Oscilla Sound, FTD, Peach Discs, PAN and TemeT. With an EP in 2020 and a mini-album in 2023 on the Simo Cell’s label, Loïc refined his signature sound echoing pop music, the hardcore continuum, urban sounds, latin music and the post-dubstep era with emotional and introspective melodies, heavy bass vibrations, spacey synths and hybrid rhythmic compositions. 

With his new record « E-Ternity », E-Unity keeps pushing his positive and emotive sound towards a dystopian and uncertain world. This bouncy and ascencional EP, which may be his most club-oriented work so far, is made for pure summer hedonism where time and space cease to exist. 

The visual and narrative aspects that have always lied in E-Unity’s music are more present and tangible than ever in this record, each track evokes scenes like musical novels. These musical scenes are reinforced by the visual universe developed by him (through his creative studio Unité Services) and 3D artist, Laurent Allard.

It's been nearly a year and a half since our show began, and since then, this sound become extremely significant in the electronic music scene. Portuguese vocals, dembow, and funk rhythms are now everywhere—in TikTok and Berlin clubs, in cars and cafes. They call that sound Latincore now and there’s no longer a need to spotlight it, it speaks by itself loudly and clearly.

In my farewell mix, I want to showcase other facets of modern electronic music from artists across Central and South America. This mix explores diverse BPMs and genres that go beyond the club scene, each carrying a distinct mark of its cultural roots.
