KIMMEI - MoDem Mutations V1 2021 - Dark Set

This is a journey through "Quadrivium Records" music, presented by label DJ, Azrael. Azrael got in contact with the psychedelic movement in 2012 at small parties around his hometown of Freiburg, Black Forest where he discovered and fell in love with the magic world of the night psychedelic soundscapes. He knew from the start that "just" listening would not be enough, he had to get behind the decks and so he found his passion for mixing deep sounds to create new, unknown stories of his favourite artists and labels, then eventually started to play his own sets. In 2019 he joined the "Quadrivium Records" collective, three years later the legendary Gaggalacka Festival crew. As he continuously seeks new ways to express himself in the dark forest, his sets are characterized through organic and atmospheric stories with a generous deeply groove and range from 148 to 155 bpm, composing sets that makes you feel like the woods are whispering to you.

Radio Gagga ist zurück und dieses Mal schicken wir euch nach dem imposanten Darkprog Set von unserm Homie Hefty, auf die Reise durch den dunklen, tiefen und treibenden Forest aus dem sonnigen Frankreich! Argaleth aka Adrien kommt aus Paris und ist seit vielen Jahren fester Bestandteil der französischen Psy Trance Szene und international wohl bald so bekannt, wie das gute Baguette mit Marmelade zum Frühstück. Mit den Labels Funky Freaks Records und Banyan Records an seiner Seite, hat er bereits etliche Tracks released, die auf Dancefloors in der ganzen Welt die Menge zum Trancen bringt! Your village has been cursed with a terrible dark spell and your people are slowly losing their will to live, hope has vanished as your beloved ones drift towards a certain death...

As the healer of your community you know there is only one magic strong enough to conjure such a spell, Anicca the enchanted snare, known to be able to heal any sickness with it's ancient rhythms. However it hasn't been seen for five generations and tales of the elders says it was stolen by Maru Raksha before he disappeared into the ancient forest of Nemeton.

There is no time left to waste you grab your bag and enter the deep forest where light never dares to make it's way through the canopy. You will have to gain the trust of the Dyaruaya tribe who has lived inside those woods since the beginning of times, for only they might know where and how to find Anicca The Enchanted Snare !
