Affirmations directly address the unconscious mind, the part of you that never sleeps, the part of you that is always listening to the thoughts you think, the words you speak, the choices you make, the everyday action you take. The unconscious mind is the part of you that generates and regenerates your physical, etheric, emotional, and mental bodies. The Unconscious Mind is mostly responsible for creating your reality. Affirmations: I am Safe for All Eternity

The Astral Realm contains sub-dimensions where each one reflects the level of consciousness and vibration of the inhabitants contained therein. The Upper Astral is the place where we can meet angels, archangels and masters from the higher realms. The Higher Astral is where we find various temples of healing and schools of spiritual light and wisdom. The Middle Astral is the place where we often go during the dream state. These realms can be very beautiful and full of light and magic. We can also touch the Lower Astral in the dream state especially when going through a difficult period in our lives. The Lower Astral vibrates at the lowest levels of consciousness. We could think of this place in terms of being the collective repository of ‘evil’ of humanity. Here can be found entities and groups of beings that work within the energy fields of fear, rage, hatred, deceit, helplessness, black magic and so on.

The Astral/Dreaming Body is connected to the Heart chakra and it is the 4th layer of the aura that surrounds the etheric, emotional and mental bodies. It is with the Astral Body that we enter the dreamstate and can journey through the Astral Planes. Astral Travelling can also be called Astral Projection, an Out-of-Body Experience or OBE, and it can be called shamanic journeying. 

In this transmission we go to a Temple of Light in the Higher Dimensions of Venus where we clean up the Astral Body, repairing it where necessary and then channelling ascension light codes from the Sun into your Astral Body to help you release any attachments to the Lower Astral Planes and thus orientate you towards the Higher Octaves of the Astral Plane and beyond.

The chakra centers are energetic vortexes within the mental / emotional / physical energy field and each chakra center relates to a different area of our lives. This sound track focuses on three centres, the heart, third eye and crown. The Heart (the 4th Chakra) is in the center of the chest. It is our centre of social interaction, community, friendship, spiritual and romantic love, compassion, confidence, trust, acceptance and openness. The Third Eye (the 6th Chakra) is in the center of the forehead. It is linked to inner vision, unity perspective, divine understanding, discernment, intuition, higher intelligence and wisdom. The Crown (the 7th Chakra) is at the very top of the head. It is linked to awareness of Oneness with Source, spiritual unity, living in the now, devotion, inspiration, and alignment with our Higher Self.

Heart Third Eye Crown Crystal Bowls - Healing/Meditation Music

In this transmission you will connect with high angelic forces and utilise the crystal and planetary grids to lay the foundation to upgrade your energy system to a unified chakra field.  The Unified Chakra creates a sphere of Light around you that assists you in handling higher and more intense waves of energy. It also helps you to open more fully to the ascension process.  The steps in this transmission are as follows: 

1. Angelic forces (Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Auriel) build a light sphere around you. Then we call on the higher frequencies of the crystal grid and the planetary grid. 

2. We call upon Metatron and Sandalphon to protect the above and below space and then to open the Gaia-Solar circuit in your energy field. 

3. You go through the unified chakra process. Starting in the heart we expand your field so that all the chakras become unified in one great sphere of light. This process expands your light until it embraces the earth, then the solar system, then the universe. 

4. After resting in this expanded state we contract the field to the Alpha and Omega chakras (8 inches above the head and below the spine respectively. Here the field is sealed and protected. 

5. We release the crystal and planetary grids and thank the angelic forces.

Unified Chakra Transmission: Activate a Powerful Light Field.

This transmission (recorded during a live event in Central London 29th June 2017) is designed to help extract lower unhelpful energies from your physical body and energy bodies. Once this is done it opens the way for you to invoke and then absorb more of your authentic soul light.

In this transmission we protect and seal your energy fields and then call a huge etheric crystal from the 5D Crystalline Earth Grid. We use this to pull out of you any energies belonging to other people. Specifically we pull out sexual energy from past partners that is hanging around your body and energy fields. We pull out emotional energy, anger, grief, pain that is not yours. We pull out mental energy, such as other people’s ideas, thoughts, opinions, beliefs that somehow has become lodged in your energy fields. Energy Extraction Transmission: Extracting Toxic Energies from the Body/Aura

Starseeds and Lightworkers can from time to time feel ungrounded and this can cause various problems. Being grounded is an essential skill for empaths and highly sensitive people. Being ungrounded can lead to feeling spacey, vulnerable and off-balance as you go through daily life. Being grounded is like being a tree with strong roots in the earth. The deeper the roots the taller the branches can go. 

Lack of grounding can come through distrusting the body and physical life, it can come through old beliefs that the spirit is pure and the body is corrupt, it can come through shock and trauma, it can come through living too much in the head and negating the heart, it can come through finding the energies of this ascending plane too difficult generating a desire to leave the body. It can come through an excessive spiritual practice that begins to negate the emotions and the physical body. 

There are many ways to ground yourself. Any physical activity such as walking, dancing, gardening and sports will automatically ground you. Mindfulness practice can be helpful. Learning to be in the present moment. Sitting near certain species trees is one of my favorite ways to ground. (I find Pine very cleansing/grounding, Hawthorn very magical/grounding, Oak very strengthening/grounding and Yew very wise/grounding). Certain meditations can also help. 

In this meditation we connect to the energies of Gaia and to Her core. (Scientists believe that the core of the earth is solid iron. The inner core is solid, but the outer core is a hot fiery liquid).

Root Chakra Meditation: Grounding into the Fiery Core of Gaia.

Everything is energy. The Latin derivative for the word emotion, ‘emotere’, literally means energy in motion. A leaf, a thought, a building, a project and any emotion you can feel is energy. Emotions are meant to flow like water, otherwise they stagnate within the energy field and turn stagnant or event toxic. Stagnant and toxic energies are experienced in the present, although they have their roots in the past.  Stagnant and toxic energies tend to be projected into the future along with associated negative scenarios and outcomes. This can create various negative dramas. The good news is since emotions are energy they can be transformed and can be channeled towards more useful purposes. 

The basic premise of this meditation is that acceptance and awareness are better ways to handle anxiety and fear over avoidance/distraction. This meditation transmutes fear from this lifetime, bloodlines and a significant other lifetime. Feel free to repeat this meditation as often as you feel necessary.

Releasing Anxiety/Fear Meditation.

Transforming a Situation Meditation: Shifting Your Reality Into a Higher Light.

In this meditation we neutralise our judgments about money and open to our core needs and desires for abundance in order to activate a greater degree of flow into and through our reality. 

Our birth right is abundance and that includes the flow of money. All forms of abundance, wealth and money can be found and accessed as a flow of energy. This flow is like the radiant light of the sun. Ever shining, ever giving, ever sustaining. This light is always there whether we choose to stand and bathe in the light or whether we choose to hide in the shadows of lack and scarcity. Abundance is generated upon the earth. There is a time of planting and reaping the harvest. We can perhaps not even bother to plant the seeds in the fields, if we do have the energy to plant the seeds, we can store the harvest or let it rot in the fields. We are the ones aligning with abundance or distancing ourselves from the Divine Flow.

In this meditation we call upon your Team of the Highest Resonance in Spirit to hold space. We call upon the full cooperation of your Higher Self and Unconscious Mind to help with this deep release. We call upon a waterfall of Diamond White Fire to release fear that we have picked up directly in conversations and also indirectly through the Collective Consciousness. Higher Light Decree: Moving Beyond All 3D-4D Limits.

This meditation seeks to neutralise any limitations coming from the mind and also the bloodlines to you experiencing a more complete and fulfilling experience of the eternal flow of Universal Abundance. 

1. Call one thought or idea that gets in the way of your abundance such as: I do not feel I deserve total abundance or I am not worthy of abundance, or I am not smart enough or capable enough or strong enough to generate abundance, or I am not the right class or gender or race, or there is only so much to go around, or my abundance detracts from that of others, or abundance comes and goes – mostly it goes. Surrender this to the Solar Grid. Transform this thought into a more expansive thought.  

2. Call on the energy of the Motherline. Invoke any energy, story or agreement that gets in the way of your abundance. Any trauma, heartbreak or loss. Surrender to the Solar Grid. Expand the potential light you can allow in thru the Crystalline Grid. Allow a more abundant energy from the motherline, even if you have to go back many generations to connect with that! Then repeat for the Fatherline. 

3. Focus on the Unlimited Abundance of the Universe. You can open to an abundance of… whatever you want (connection, friendship, money, opportunities, achievement, success).  Notice a great expansion in the light you can hold. Imagine each cell in the body opening like a mini-sun, drinking light from the Universal Source of abundance.

Super Quick Abundance Meditation: Expanding the Possibility of Universal Abundance.

In this morning meditation your Team in Spirit and the Archangels create a triple layered sphere of protection. The first layer is the innermost layer, created by Metatron, where Ultra-Violet Angels clear the space to make way for a healing uplifting set of frequencies to uplift your physical and energetic bodies. The second layer is the outermost layer, created by Sandalphon, comprised of a several inch thick sheet of Herkimer Diamond. The third layer is the space inbetween which is created by Zero-Point Field Angels which is a vacuum/void space. This protection meditation can be repeated as often as you need to begin your day. 

Please Note: Zero-point energy is the lowest possible frequency that an energy field can have. The empty space of a vacuum possesses zero-point energy.
