✈ To celebrate this new episode, we are proud and delighted to host such an iconic figure from the Berlin Techno scene : MARCEL FENGLER (IMF, Ovum, Ostgut Ton, Mote-Evolver).

Marcel Fengler has been quoted as “one of the finest techno DJs” (Resident Advisor), earning international recognition for his “well-crafted body of production work” (FACT) and the unique, “multi-faceted personality” (Electronic Beats) he brings to his craft.

For almost three decades, Fengler has developed a versatile and dynamic DJing style, making him one of the first resident DJs at Berlin’s legendary Berghain / Panorama Bar in 2005. Known for his ability to shift pace, atmosphere, and energy in response to the dance floor, he seamlessly moves between industrial-drenched hardness, broken beats, gloomy dubs, and melodic grooves. His early releases on Ostgut Ton and Mote Evolver paved the way for his debut album, Fokus (2013), a statement of intent filled with emotional depth and unexpected contrasts.

In 2011, Fengler launched his imprint, Index Marcel Fengler (IMF), a label dedicated to his timeless techno vision while serving as a platform for emerging talent. This philosophy took on new dimensions in 2024 with the launch of ‚KISHIKAN’, an event series combining elements of his ‘IMF label showcases’, ‘Marcel Fengler Invites’ events and the newly established HARDPROOF VA project. With KISHIKAN, Fengler continues to push boundaries, creating a fresh space for artistic innovation and musical exploration.

For Marcel Fengler, techno is more than a genre - it is an unconditional passion and an essential part of his identity. Refusing to be confined to a linear sound, he constantly seeks new ways to tell stories through music, showcasing a bold and evolving vision that cements his place as one of today’s most exciting electronic artists.

Based in Stockholm/Sweden, Lakej [ Lákeɪ ] emerges from a long heritage of Swedish techno. After many years of explorations to refine his sound, he debuted on Adriana Lopez label Grey Report with the solo EP Structural Cohesion. This debut presented a theme that would guide not only his sound but also his concepts and titles to this current date resulting in his own label and artistic platform: Solitär.With a huge love for details and rhythmic structures his music has evolved into an introspective, futuristic and yet timeless sound. With intricate textures, atmospheres and deep driving rhythms his music is constantly pushing forward contributing to the current modern underground techno scene.Since the debut his output has been steady on well established labels such as Semantica, NON series, Faut Section, Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Soma and Kazerne (Mord).

Elisa Batti is an Italian-born multidisciplinary artist, DJ, producer, sound designer, and co‑founder of the Amsterdam-based techno label Immaterial.Archives. Based in Amsterdam and a resident of the Ypnotika collective, her creative practice spans electronic music, contemporary art, performance, and technology. Elisa’s activity branches across a wide spectrum of projects, all unified by one continuous thread: a deep commitment to electronic music. Her work often explores the boundaries of contemporary sound, blending it with other disciplines to create immersive, multidimensional experiences. Her sound design and tech-driven compositions have been featured at renowned venues and festivals worldwide, including Palais de Tokyo (Paris), Taiwan National Theater, Ballet National de Marseille, Kinetica Museum (London), Elbphilharmonie (Hamburg), ZKM (Karlsruhe), and Fusion Festival, among others. Elisa Batti has released her music on various electronic and techno labels such as Semantica,Qilla Records, Balans Records, NYXII, Diffuse Reality, Observant, and others. Hakkon was born in La Rioja (Spain) in August 1991. Since his childhood, he was attracted to electronic music and always had the dream of becoming a DJ.


In 2010, he started his career in the electronic scene, with the firm intention of becoming a leading professional. In 2013, he took his first steps in the clubs, and with effort and dedication he has been building a unique and varied musical repertoire in his sessions. His carefully crafted performances take the listener on a continuous journey of dark and hard-hitting techno, creating an exceptional dynamic with his 2 and 3-deck sets.


His most notable influences include old school artists such as Ben Sims, Truncate, Mark Broom, Robert Hood, Cristian Varela, Jeff Mills, Surgeon, Oscar Mulero and James Ruskin.


In 2022, Hakkon joined the Plus One collective, sharing with leading artists from the world scene.


On a production level, he has made his mark in countries such as Argentina, Colombia, Spain and Amsterdam, and has worked with labels such as Unterwelt, Parallel Thoughts, Dissolved Mind, Error in the System, The Office, Aoum, Hábitat Musical, Kobold, Concepto Hipnótico, Residen7Alien, Donker, Ethnic Meeting, Asymmetrical, Fonio, Raverground, Exodus, Volk, DZB, Simplecoding and Alchemical Mind.


Hakkon is also an active member of Alchemical Minds Records, a record label dedicated to preserving the most underground essence of electronic music, prioritising quality over quantity.

Masses over masses try themselves at being a DJ and in the production of techno. Being a newcomer in this overcrowded market doesn't seem appealing at first sight. Putting in a lot of effort to establish one's reputation is not everyone's cup of tea. To stand out of the masses one must buckle down or have the proper Vitamin B. When Vitamins are lacking, what especially counts are a strong will and persistence. Those are guarantors for the opportunity to exhibit one's talent eventually. The rise of Krenzlin followed this principle on one of the surest Newcomer-Floors in the world. After Sebastian Krenzlin started DJing in 2003, it took several years for him to eventually be discovered as a newcomer after his participation at the Tresor Award of Pacou in 2009. Since he played in the Tresor for the first time in September 2010, he is counted among the steady Ensemble of Berlin's legendary club. 
Even as a producer Krenzlin build up a reputation since 2011. If one reads the list of labels under which he has released since, it is hard to believe that such a fantastic discography can be formed in this short amount of time. With Synewave,Nachtstrom Schallplatten,Driving Forces.
