The original mix of Sarrias Mind is on and is a pure techno journey, full of high octane grooves brought by energetic percussion and hammering bassline. Take care this one is hot! The remix by A.Mochi and Takaaki Itoh follows and pushing this production to the limits. Its a bit deeper but the track maintains the satisfaction as the previous takes. Nothing less but an elegant production here by label boss Sasha Carassi and exciting stuff comes out from his label Phobiq.</p>

Biography 
It is impossible to start speaking professionally about Jose Angel Palacios Robles ’Joton’ without drawing his first steps , which led from the track to the cabin , without falling into several topics that open the bios of dozens of Spanish DJs of the last decades… We will leave the more predictable ’literature’ aside and go directly to 20 and many years (well into the XXI century), when Joton evidences his maturity as a dj, he takes on a style,technique and musical selection that identify him and can finally allow progressively the pleasure of selecting where to play on a Saturday. We entered the millennium, finally the fear of ’Year 2000’ dissipates and on the other hand Joton’s personality and charisma continue to publicize, his maturity as a dj, conducted with serenity and discretion make him continue growing until the year 2001 when he creates the label ’Newrhythmic’. This label gives name to a pro audio, record and clothing store, and it is here where his base of operations is established to date.
Joton reaffirms in the genre he likes, with the one that most he is identified with and the one he blends as few rookies, dark techno, mixed with precision and speed. 
In 2005 he starts producing his own music and presents his 1st reference with Newrhythmic, a vinyl 12 ’’ with Aitor Ronda. Since then Joton has grown to publish his work on international labels such as  Fabric , Animal Farm , Quant , Dynamic Reflection , More Than Less , Format , Mastertraxx ... 
Before long his pieces of work are profiled in media such as magazines Dj1 , Groove , Dj Mag or charts and djs set the likes of  Dave Clarke , Ben Sims , Rolando , Surgeon , Jonas Kopp , Ben Klock , Pacou , Tommy Four Seven  ,Truncate , Go Hiyama , Jerome Sydenham . . .
A consequence of this increased media presence, increases Joton visits abroad, playing in the Japan, Netherlands , Germany , Ireland , Argentina , South Korea , Italy , Uk , Croatia  Slovenia , Malta , Austria ...  

The turn of the decade - 2010 - imposes itself undisputed acceptance of digital format as a basis for any dj session, resistance to change that the heart and the love of vinyl suggest, can not, in practice fight against the evidence of a market that punishes the purist with a decreasing publication of new releases in the traditional format, vinyl ...But Joton makes this circumstance a chance and with a Xone 92 and 3 Pioneer CDJ discovers new possibilities that are a new boost to his ability to connect with the track that sounds under his rhythm.

For our next Techno Minded Hero, we have one born in Romania, but currently based in Italy.

This talented producer first had releases on Nulabel, Deadcert, Plunk Recordings, and more recent and forthcoming releases on Decoy,7teen Recordings, Concepto Hipnotic, Electrax, DMT recordings, Toxic Recordings, Berlin Underground.

Besides all of this, at this moment he has found a home at Wall Music. Where beloved guest at walls-events and at the moment working on bringing to life a sublabel of Wall Music, a new platform on which to showcase his own interpretation of the techno. So be on the look-out for that.

2017 will bring plenty of new material and collaborations with Mike Wall, MZR, Samuel L.Session and long time friends Vidrik and Eduard Szilagyi (Aka Yute).

For the Drone Podcast, he granted us a hybrid live/set, mainly with his own work completed with a few tracks by Wall Music Artists and Close friends. With most being an exclusive premiere.

Marina "Dr" Rubinstein comes at her DJing from the perspective of the dancer. She grew up loving to get down to techno back home in Israeli (though she is Russian born and Berlin based) and will always be a hardcore raver at heart. It means her sets are defined by a certain energetic dynamism that finds her calling on acid, 90s rave and pumping techno to get the floor sweating. She does so at key places like ://about blank and Berghain, and this summer will play Dekmantel Festival. 

Her adventurous spirit and quest for that “special feeling” on the dance floor characterises her mix for us. It is seventy minutes of grooves designed to make you move, from rugged techno to slippery electro via pulsing kick drums that burrow deep into the night. Contrasting dark with light, wild acid with more streamlined sounds and overtly physical tracks with those that are more cerebral, it makes for an arresting trip filled with special dance floor moments.

For our next Techno Minded Hero, we have the first artist from Japan (Osaka) on the podcast show. And are we thrilled about this one!

This producer and DJ has been around for a while, releasing on labels such as A.Paul's Naked Launch, Mastertraxx, Glenn Wilson's Compound, Gobsmacked, Hue Helix to name a few, and since 2010 he started his own label Local Sound Network on which he released much of his own work and music by artists like Lars Klein, Audio Injection, Excluded and other's!

This Techno Minded Hero knows his music as you can hear on the latest Drone Podcast. He granted us the second part of a set recorded the 8th of April 2017 at HAGANE. And so we are very happy to have him on the Drone Podcast No.085: Ryuji Takeuchi

Bio:

Ryuji Takeuchi (Local Sound Network / LSN, HueHelix) was born in Osaka, and then first contacted with Electronic Music in the early 90s.
In the late 90s, he moved to the United States, where he discovered Techno, House and Electro Music.
As soon as he got back, he started to DJ at several locations and eventually learned to produce at the same time. After that, he released on such labels as: LK Rec, Arms, Mastertraxx, FK Rec, Innervate, Silent Steps, Brood Audio, to name but a few.
In 2011, Ryuji started his own imprint called 'Local Sound Network / LSN' as a platform for new generation of electronic sound which following words can appropriately describe: driving, hypnotic, atmospheric, emotional, groovy, funky... and any other aspects that rock from brain to the dance floor under the following statement:
From local to global...
It exists in order to inspire the world...
Also, Ryuji kicked off another brand new label called 'HueHelix / HHX' as a new platform, which discloses something new, only represented by HueHelix, together with Go Hiyama, Tomohiko Sagae and Kazuya Kawakami, in order to push quality music with global standard from where sun rises.
In 2012, Ryuji launched 'Local Sound Network Digital Solutions / LSNDS' series in need of discovering and introducing wider range of electronic music, aiming at dropping unique audio output while it’s hot. Music style varies. All top quality output from new and established producers all over the world with its bottom line as follows:

Label owner, Ryuji Takeuchi, is on duty again to drop this 2nd powerful output on this new series. While the 1st release is still played by most of the key players of global techno scene, this 2nd release is just about to hit the dancefloor with 2 original tracks plus 2 massive remixes. The 1st track, ‘Identity’, represents dark, percussive and straight-to-the-floor style Techno Ryuji can deliver at best. The 2nd track, ‘Scheisse’, emphasizes funky side of Ryuji, with a little broken beat style and his unique spacey atmosphere. Chris Hope and a man behind the legendary Stigmata, Andre Walter, add pumping and funky aspects in their remix of ‘Scheisse’, which shakes your ass for sure. Kazuya Kawakami, known as a quarter of HueHelix, breaks and reconstructs ‘Scheisse’ in his own dark drone spacey manner. All
those 4 tunes in this package are engaged with diversity, and all of them can be played in one set, since they are so different from each other. Please make sure to keep your eyes and ears open for LSN and LSNDS, you won’t be disappointed.
