Recently I had the honour of playing at an amazing festival in my home town Perth called Blazing Swan. The first half of the set is a multi-genre bass approach and the second half I took the opportunity to play some of the Hypercolour tracks in full, all highlighted by the epic sound system in the Abode camp. Wild Shining is a DJ bringing a broad selection of Downtempo, Hip-Hop, Garage, Breaks, D&B, and House. An advocate for music, creativity and movement. Bringing a balance of dark and light, using melody, rhythm, and deep funky floor jams. Wild Shining will take you on an atmospheric journey through your body and mind.

Drop Frame is a multigenre bass music DJ/Producer based in Melbourne, Australia. Known for his psychedelic bass driven tracks and technical journey-orientated sets - he consistently drives dancefloors to new energetic heights.

His music is a guided tour into the world of the cerebral, perfectly balanced between moments of energetic fire and expansive uplifting melodies. Contrasts, story-telling and movement are the key foundations to Drop Frame’s music. Largely influenced from melodies of the middle east, jazz and psychedelic trance - with a primary focus towards the ecstatic and exciting energy of Half-time and Drum & bass. 

Tracks such as Swim & The Lantern have garnered hundreds of thousands of streams across multiple platforms. Confirming his unique style of cerebral and psychedelic bass music is making waves across the globe.

With his performances, Drop Frame has carved out a unique niche within the psychedelic festival culture. Introducing the power of Half-time and Drum & bass to Trance orientated audiences. 

Merging worlds and tastes to create a very unique and stunning technical style. He is considered a powerhouse in the Australian Burner scene - where his performances are often coveted as some of the best, warranting return visits and increasingly dedicated followers.

My name is Matthew or Matt if you prefer. I have been dabbling around making music for many years with instruments to digital platforms. I started early with trance music and quickly learned I love drum and bass and house music, or more to the point liquid drum and bass. But in truth I have a varied taste of music and if I like what I hear then I like what I hear, simple. I am autistic which is an enhanced ability rather than a disability. Being autistic I can be super critical of all things which means when it comes to music I can fine tune my music until I feel it’s the best it can be and if it can be better I’ll strive my best to make it so.
