Hitting you hard with a double header this week on the podcast to get you ready for the loaded weekend. Today we feature one of our very own Billy Seal live from the playa at Carl Cox's Playground. Here's what he had to say about this set:

 The 15th annual Opulent Temple white party was hosted by Carl Cox and crew during the debut of the incredible new stage for Playground 2017 - Arrival. Featuring an arena with flying saucer flamethrowers, lasers, lights and an incredible JBL sound system. 

I was sure to thank Carl for his awe inspiring gift before he handed over the controls to this stand-out peak experience I won't soon forget.  

There were lasers beams, fire poofs and the familiar orange glow of faces at all the drops. I felt right at home.

The set features tunes by Drezo, Andruss, NuKid and others. Full of tension, futuristic robot voices and references to outer space. 

Recorded live from Black Rock City on Wednesday night at Burning Man 2017.

It was a dream come true to play in the O-Pod. After energy-filled, amazing sets by Infected Mushroom, Dulce Vita and Seven Lions, I got to take the reins from one of my favorite OT DJ’s, DJ Billy “Boo” Seal (@billyseal)and it was that kind of moment. The kind you dream about. I was excited to play some G-House tracks following Billy’s set and then shortly after we all take flight, straight into Techno.

I've been looking forward to playing this set for long time! 

Welcome to the epic dnb and bass set at the Plasma Canopy!

The "Plasma Canopy" was an incredible art installation at this years Burning seed - 150 mapped LED tubes formed a kelidoscopic canopy above a huge dirt dancefloor. This set was built specifically for this dancefloor in mind - a love letter to my favourite drum and bass tracks of the year - channeling some space and futuristic vibes with a whole lot of booty shaking!

Drop Frame - Burning Seed 2019 (Plasma Canopy - Telekinetik)

As the sun set on Friday at Burning Seed 2019, three art cars rolled in to Sunset Island for Burning Seed's (possibly) biggest art car sound system hookup & party yet, with Bhima the Dragon, the Coco Poco Loco-motive, and Kamp Kraken's K-Sub all audio linked with Sunset Island. As the dusk settled, the dust flew, and day turned to night, this set was played from the Coco Poco Loco art car, with sound systems tuned for maximum immersion.
It was a true joy to be a part of such a visionary moment. Big thanks to everyone involved in making it happen. <3
