Debut EP here from London-based Primrose on his own brand new label. He creates spellbinding, colourful electronic music that blends bouncy club focussed rhythms with other-worldly soundscapes. 'Foreverever' is the flip side to the title track 'Set My Heart on Fire' and moves into deeper 4/4 territory centering around a rapid-fire arp line and jolty syncopated claps, anchored down by a propulsive kick and a warm sub.

DJ Haus's Unknown To The Unknown imprint is responsible for some of the most wild bangers out there. 

The label has dropped records from the likes of Vin Sol, DJ Stingray, Nightwave, Bleaker and that's just the tip of the iceberg. 

He's about to drop the 100th release via the label and naturally, Haus has enlisted the big guns. Len Faki has remixed 'Let My Brain Go' and here we see a more playful side to the Ostgut Ton and Figure mainstay.

That's not to say it's not absolutely pounding, because of course, it is.

Beard Man label boss Mark Broom returns to Radio Slave’s Rekids with a swinging techno focused four-tracker entitled ‘Raver EP’

Since the early 90s, renowned UK artist and DJ Mark Broom has been cherished for his consistent output of rhythmically charged techno and energy spiking performances with releases on Warp, R&S, Soma, Hardgroove and Blueprint alongside collaborations with artists such as Baby Ford, James Ruskin, Discrete Circuit and Gary Beck. ​A regular on Rekids, Broom's contributed numerous releases and remixes to Matt Edwards' label - notably last year's massive 'Break 97 EP' - and his next outing sees the prolific producer return with four more versatile club-focused cuts.

‘Raver’ opens with boomy kicks, splashing cymbals and aggressive stabs until ‘Insta’ trembles the floor with rolling snares, driving rides, distorted claps and arpeggiated synth patterns. On the flip, ‘Midnight’ takes retro sounding keys and adds peak time drive with lofi drums, distant vocals and a sleek funk line sample before ‘Hear Me’ electrifies with a tease of classic 90s-esque lyrics, bouncing toms and elated chords.
