Traful proudly presents its 12th release of 2025: Detain — a four-track EP marking the return of T.N.C. to the label after their standout 2024 appearance. The trio deliver two originals that highlight their refined approach to Progressive House, balancing groove-driven intensity with deep, atmospheric detail. On remix duties, Córdobas celebrated duo Analog Jungs make their Traful debut, reshaping Detain with their trademark fluid basslines and subtle rhythmic shifts, while label head Mayro reimagines Vanity with his unmistakable bounce, transforming it into a peak-time tool. Detain EP underscores Traful's commitment to both established voices and fresh perspectives within Progressive House, offering a release that is as functional for the floor as it is forward-thinking in design.

Contained within this eleven-track compilation is a collection of tracks submitted to Drumcode as demos but which didn’t have other tracks to be partnered with to make up a classical Drumcode EP. Such was the quality and quantity of these stunning one-off tracks that the idea of making them into a compilation was born primarily for practical reasons. As the project grew the idea became a theme and the theme evolved into a finished project – A-Sides - which tells both the story of Drumcode’s recent past with familiarly high-octane tracks from Adam Beyer, Alan Fitzpatrick, Joseph Capriati, Gary Beck, Gregor Tresher and Dustin Zahn & Rachel Palmer but also gives a glance into what is to come as the likes of Patrick Siech, Luigi Madonna, Roberto Capuano, Dhillon and Manic Brothers get their chance to contribute to the shaping Drumcode’s future.

Seroplexx - Dead Rat

Gregor has delivered four outstanding tracks for Drumcode that are creative, whilst still functional. Relevance uses a filtered, bubbling synth line and sparse percussion effectively to build a groove that will rip through any club. System X uses a detuned synth stab and an unusual bass line harmoniously to construct a track that sounds like its from out of space. Secura is a straight-laced techno groover that uses some distinctively unfamiliar sounds. The track is gelled together with a repetitive hum sound that adds to the groove. The fourth track on the EP; Call To Arms, uses a melodic rhythmic sequence and reverberated drums to eloquently smash any dancefloor.
