Monomood was born in a small village near to Dresden in the mid 80thies. Since more than 10 years he lives in Berlin. As an artist he is difficult to categorize. What is it? Techno? House? Drum and Bass? Or maybe Dubstep? What about a quantum Funk or Ambient? Well, actually, it’s always a bit of everything – but it’s always new and fresh. It is hard to find the leitmotif, and yet there is one: quality. After dwelling on the Drum and Bass station for a while, it is most accurate to say Monomood has taken off into the future: the wide cosmos of dubby Techno sounds. His vinyls on Etui Records, carry us into the complex world of echoed chords and spacy Delays as well as dark techno vibes.

|| Biography:

Jannik Aßfalg is an artist from Göppingen, Germany who has been creating electronic music since he was young, fueled by a passion for improvisation and a talent for music production. His love for making noise with computers began at a young age.

Influenced by the pioneering sounds of breakbeat and ambient, Jannik has honed a unique and minimalistic style, drawing inspiration from artists such as Skee Mask, Aquarian, Aphex Twin, and Stanislav Tolkachev.

In 2015, Jannik was introduced to the innovative sounds of Sleeparchive, and the two artists quickly formed a connection. After long conversations about music, Sleeparchive invited Jannik to release on his label, a major milestone in Jannik's career. Today, he continues to be influenced by Sleeparchive's groundbreaking work and incorporates elements of his style into his own music. 

After taking a five-year hiatus from music, Jannik is back and more motivated than ever. The recent innovations in sound after the COVID-19 pandemic have reignited his passion for creating music and he is excited to share his new work with the world. As a rising talent in the techno world, Jannik is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of electronic music and making a name for himself as an artist. With a passion for innovation and a desire to live off of his creative pursuits, Jannik is excited to share his music with the world.

Primary [Colours] is not owned by anyone or anything, but is simply a collection of inspired entities, in the pursuit of all things unrealised.

Everything around us is in a constant state of transformation and entropy - moving from one state to another, primary's focus is on that transition.

Primary continues to build up its roster of artists through personal connection in which we share like minded concepts and creation. 

The Primary Colours concept is planned to be a series of 12” coloured vinyls in blue, red and yellow. 

The Primary concept is not a cyclical loop. Blending these elements you take view of secondary colours, further iterations you view tertiary colours.

This concept allows a rich tapestry of dance floor immersions.

Ignacio Tardieu, better known as Ignacio TC, is a music producer and DJ from Madrid with over a decade of experience in the sound creation, and is head of the dub techno national scene.

His music invites you to travel through the universe and go into a trance, being almost as a ritual with which to give ourselves to the sound vibration made live.
