Raver since her early youth, Zoe Xougka (aka ZO̷E XGK) raised in Thessaloniki/ Greece, has been one of the important forces in the Greek electronica music scene : attending in the biggest venues, listen to lot of famous artists from Electro, House, Techno, Trance…

During her studies in Business administration&International Marketing, she was involved as stage/promotional management for festivals and booking manager for various artists. 

round 2004 she got interested for more psy-trance-tech music, so she started pushing this sound with her highly successful Free Frequency events.

Many collaborations - during the years in different music styles and full of experience. She started DJ-ing around 2007-2008 and it wasn't long before she was rocking parties all over the place with her charismatic passionate performance and flawlessly mixed sets.

Breaking the Greek borders she performed in Balkans and Europe as well. In 2013 she makes a turn in her music style….she gets deeper into more raw n’ dark techno..Zoe has never waited for success to come to her…she carved her own way and knocked down the gender door as a promoter and a dj and now days as a producer.

Her style ranges from hypnotic techno sounds followed by dark drops and chaotic melodies.

She has already shared the decks with great artists in the biggest clubs and festivals around... she counts some interesting releases -raw-deep-hypnotic techno, she takes the audience into new musical paths…stay tuned more to come!!!

We are very excited to present the 63rd episode from Brazilian sensation, Nicolas Vogler, featuring an hour of subtle grooves, rough synth work and an electrifying dose of that old school funk.

Nicolas Vogler’s fascination for music stretches back far into his childhood. Born and raised in Londrina, southern Brazil, his musical journey first manifested itself in an admiration for punk and rock n’ roll, which inspired him in his early years to learn guitar. As a teenager, he discovered electronic music through underground parties, nurturing a passion for techno that has only grown over the years.

Inspired by the dirty rawness of old school techno and the hypnotic vibes of more contemporary tracks, Nicolas Vogler decided to pursue his newfound passion by DJing at small events in his hometown. Today, he is a producer, gaining renown through his own personal label NCLS as well as through recent releases on groove-focused techno labels such as Syxt Berlin, Drawner records, Malör Records, ESP Collective, Hemisferio Barcelona and Secession. Played by techno DJs worldwide, Nicolas’ tracks can be found in mixes by notable artists such as Setaoc Mass, Ben Sims, Arkan, Norman Nodge, Insolate, Temudo, and many others.

TERMINUS is a South African, Johannesburg based DJ/Producer focused on bringing a relentless and highly textured sound, filled with minimal groove focused cuts, harder groove or deep and driving pieces to bring the crowd on an authentic dance floor exploration. Anthony has been a forward thinker in the localised dance music space in South Africa , also co-hosting a collective/event with @claudeaspelling known as MUUD. He’s also had releases this year on CITYBOWLWAXNETWORK as well as INFLUENCED and plans on releasing much more.

We are super excited to present the 142nd episode from @aumrecordings co-founder TENO!

TENO is a DJ and producer currently based in Osaka, who has been making a strong impact on the techno scene in recent years through both his DJ sets and productions. His activities now extend not only throughout Japan but also across Europe, China, and other parts of Asia.

On the international podcast circuit, he was featured as the first artist in the new FOWRE series on Eerste Communie, curated by Marrøn, one of the world’s leading DJs based in the Netherlands. He has also contributed mixes to labels such as Polygonia’s IO Records, Nebuleus, Reverse, Tensione Collective, and CONCEPTUAL VIOLENCE.

As a producer, TENO continues to release music on labels around the globe. Through his own techno label Aum Recordings, he released an EP featuring a remix by Munich-based artist Polygonia. Additionally, he collaborated with world-renowned DJ Wata Igarashi, who contributed a remix for TENO’s first vinyl EP, DONT CRY OVER SPILLED MILK.

In February 2025, TENO launched a second label, Monos, with the aim of expressing his unique artistic identity. The label has already released the Violet EP and Primrose EP, with the Yuugao EP set to follow soon.

Resident of @resurrection_berlin, @figments - K-H1 is a music project by Berlin-based Sergey Barinov in collaboration with Luke Mombrea. K-H1’s vision is to be boundary-pushing: weaving together pulsating rhythms and striking, tripped-out soundscapes to create a tight, yet distinct techno sound.

His sets mirror his bold production style. Oscillating between dark, vibrant, and cinematic themes underlined by heavy, driving grooves, he invites listeners to embark on a hypnotic journey together.

K-H1’s releases have garnered recognition and support from influential figures, and have graced venues such as Berghain, RSO, Bassiani, and Smolna38. Quickly establishing a unique presence on the techno scene, K-H1 is one to watch.

UNIZONE: ALEXMALISM [s02e10] 𝖑𝖎𝖛𝖊 𝖘𝖊𝖙

It is undeniable that we are living in uncertain times. For those of us failing - or refusing - to fit the patriarchal, neoliberalist mould we have lost hope in the future. We can see capitalism is not working but we cannot yet envisage an alternative. We discover that the stability we were instructed to obtain whether it be financial, political or ecological, is fleeting, if at all. The resulting anxiety is an instrument of neoliberalism that prevents many of us from being able to raise consciousness of the structural injustices that alienate us.

In a world where security is no longer feasible, the only constant we can rely on is change. Barad teaches us that the world is a dynamic process of intra-activity and materialisation, an ongoing ebb and flow of agency. The Buddhist Law of Impermanence proves that nothing in this world is eternal. Regardless of ones point of reference we can understand that every aspect of life, physical and mental is in flux and perhaps this transience is the only thing we can depend on.

Each month we invite an artist to ruminate on these ideas and create an hour of relief from these anxieties. A temporary suspension of reality, where the listener can speculate on alternate modes of existence that escape hetero- patriarchal systems of oppression.

This month we have invited @floating-spectrum to respond to this concept.

It’s been a while since one of our own sets has been uploaded and with clubs being shut for over 6 months now and unfortunately looking like they may not be open until Easter 2021 at the earliest in the UK, we have decided to compile a 60 track, 2 hour 20 minute techno extravaganza for our 40th episode, to bring back some of those dance floor memories - showcasing a diverse selection of styles, including many groovy, hypnotic and dubby sounds from some of our favourite artists - at a tempo designed to keep you locked in perpetual motion straight out the gate!
