Stephan Hinz is back for his second release on Second State and this time he's flying solo with his Throwl EP. 

These are two massive dance floor tunes that will surely find their way into every room scenario for the foreseeable future.

For the flip side, Hinz goes peak time psychedelic with 'Ignite'. 
A big kick drum and tight hat lock the groove while a single note and pulsing pad build the tension until the main element reveals itself as just a few notes stuck in a warm, dizzying loop. As the lead intensifies, its repetition becomes increasingly hypnotic and the bass kicks back in. From here it's all eyes closed and all hands in the air.

The new Intec release comes from Tomy DeClerque who is a Slovenian DJ at the forefront of his home country's electronic music scene, and along with his own solo music, he has collaborated on tracks with the likes of UMEK and Cristian Varela.

With a number of previous releases on Intec, Tomy DeClerque's first releases on Carl Cox label was in 2010, and has also released on other imprints such as Toolroom, Phobiq, 1605, Blu Fin and Mauro Picottos label Alchemy.

First on the EP is Accident and its monstrous kick drum which sets the tone for the rest of the track that builds with heavy claps and morphing acid pulses. Stabbing vocal phrases add some uplifting energy to this high octane slice of techno, which takes no prisoners with its dancefloor focused style.

Track two XoX takes things up a gear with its menacing lead synth and rattling hi-hats that form a part of its mechanical groove, and that moves with the force of a freight train. Dark and mischievous, there is no doubt this track is perfect for peak time club sets, and will be a vital addition to the arsenal of any Techno DJs sure fire crowd pleasers.

Its been a while since we released a V/A on Noir Music and I only ever compile them whenever I feel I have 5-6 tracks that stand out.
Dark Stars Volume 4 has been 6 months in the making and yes..... I know I am picky with the music I sign.
I hear that on an almost daily basis.
But even though I could pick music from many different artists it still took me months of compiling, testing the music in clubs and at festivals and then putting together the tracks I felt stood out and complimented each other.
The great thing about V/As is that you get the chance to put together a release from artists with completely different sounds and ideas.
Although the sound of Dark Stars Volume 4 is quite minimal sounding overall, it still reflects musicality and great in-depth productions by skillful and experienced artists.
Another great thing about Volume 4 is that these are all artists who make their debut on Noir Music.
I truly love playing every single track from this release and I enjoy watching the crowds reactions around the globe.
I feel no need to get deeper into detail about the specific tracks, as the music will speak for itself.
