Here's some new stuff I've been working on nights and weekends.  It's pseudo-random, rule-based, data-driven computer music, virtually 100% generated on the fly.  My music engine, "Algorhythmic," is currently written in object oriented Javascript using the Audio Web API (a low-level audio rendering engine).  The system also provides many "knobs" and "sliders" to allow human and other input to drive the musical parameters such as intensity, complexity, swing amount, key, etc.  All the tunes so far are still "works in progress" of course. :-)

My final project for a Stanford/CCRMA Audio Digital Signal Processing for Musical Applications course, run by Prof Xavier Serra and Prof Julius O Smith, III (Julius Smith). I'm using my generative music app to create the background bass, drums, Rhodes groove, which logs the chord/scale changes with time-stamps. I'm feeding the chord changes into my DSP transform program which remaps the vocal harmonics to follow the chord/scale changes of background music.
The vocal track is a Catalan poem: La Vaca Cega (The Blind Cow) by Joan Maragall (1860-1911), and it is performed by Prof Xavier Serra's wife Eva.
