It's sometimes unexplainable; it can be simply a feeling and not always something tangible. Of course you're drawn in by landscapes or delicious cuisines, by the pace of life and the lifelong friends you make connections with. When you visit a new city, the questions swirl around your head 'can I see myself living here?', 'can I drop my life back home and start afresh here?' If the answers are yes, you might have some planning to do... 

After playing one of System 108's regular events in Moscow, Omnidisc boss Danny Daze became enchanted by the city and the crew behind the party-turned-label, so much so he extended his flight. He channels that passion for the Russian capital into his new release for System 108; a split EP alongside one of his production heroes and friends, Anthony Rother. Inspired by and dedicated to Moscow's atmosphere, the pair's Binary EP is a blend of raw dancefloor-orientated techno and electro, with the title track getting a remix from Etapp Kyle and Tarra who twit it into a bass-driven electro cut.

NEW HIT: Errortica - Robot [Global Warming]

The ninth release on Curtis Electronix catalogue is from the new collaborative project where @kaelan-suboscrec, @zpakazippo and @cem3340cem3340 join forces under the name of Gravity Waves.
The project is a reflection of the bond developed over a bunch of jam sessions down at the Curtis' basement, where they discovered to orbit similar spaces.
As the title may suggest the sound is deeply rooted in the Detroit side of the electro utopia, with that heady and atmospheric approach.
Satellite LP is a seven tracks Album where they combine moments of sub-aquatic and evocative synth works with dancefloor heavyness excursions which level of composition reveals a clear and undoubted mastery of the machines.
All tracks are recorded and mixed in Bari, South of Italy.

With a fleshy mix of acid and electro cuts from Sync 24, Privacy, Luke Eargoggle, Etcher and -=UHU=-, Berlin’s longstanding machine-driven music collective, Mechatronica, forcefully unites the classic and new sound on their first record release. 

A first-ever collaboration between established electro commanders Luke Eargoggle and Sync 24 opens the record in toxic floor burner fashion, followed by a cold and tightly programmed electro journey by -=UHU=-, blending the mechanic and the monotone in a comment on today’s relationship between machine and man. 

Building on strong previous releases with Lobster Theremin and Klasse Wrecks, Privacy kicks off the flip and takes the tempo down with a booming, melodic electro cut, followed by a funky acid workout by Etcher featuring his signature bubbly basslines and soothing synths.

The sound echoed in the dusty chamber. A small crowd had gathered to observe him play in what was a beautifully orchestrated environment. The audio was crystal clear, it landed softly upon the ears of the delicate audience as they stared fiercely into the darkness. For he was not visible, at least not to the naked eye, the vamp was all that was important in this place, not his outward appearance, tattered clothes or distant gaze. The music was all that mattered. 

Arkajo makes up one half of the infamous Genius Of Time duo. His solo work sees him draw upon darker influences, more akin to the sound of murky back room club.

SZE returns with ​Mirror City, from London-based artist https://soundcloud.com/o-utlier . Having previously released on Appian Sounds, Fred P’s Boards and Efdemin’s Naif, o.utlier debuts on SZE with an exploration of reflections and resonances in the self from objects and experiences in the environment. The A-side features ​Eastbound, a breakbeat driven slice of techno built for the club, charging forward on a journey through dizzy pads, bouncing oddball basslines and textural pressure. Next up is ​Letat, an ambient breath of air, both melancholic and uplifting. The B-side strides further into the unknown with ​Rhodesamp (Whacked Out Revamp), a transmission of dubbed-out meditation. Rounding off the release is​Ava, a hypnotic wedge of dub techno with a middle eastern feel.

Storm Control features three new Plant43 tracks which exemplify Emile Facey’s continuing quest to speak through his machines. The upfront electro of the title track is born out of a yearning for a return to club dance floors while the two on the flip explore deep emotional landscapes through his trademark melodic electro sound.
