Andres Cano a.k.a Ancient Forest resides in the north of the valley - Colombia. He is oriented in Ambient , Deep  and Tribal sound style. He is attracted to the soundscape, the environment and the meditation music, lover of angelic tonality and healing frequencies. He is a co-founder and producer in Norte Techno series which is representing a community dedicated to the deep and hypnotic sides of electronic music.Ancient Forest express in music a sound with different emotions through the depth of its frequencies, releasing every feeling found within the being. Make up his line combining ambient, organic sounds, tribal chases, and dub techno, a journey of high vibration and mental stimulation. For Matter Series he wanted to show a concept a little deeper and of mental stimulation with frequencies that will make our mind travel through a passage of high vibration entering a tribal environment with very marked percussions and rhythmic steps based on downtempo.

The first installment of the V/A in favor of aid arrives with more than 40 artists from around the world who come together for a common and social good to face the inequality that is currently experienced mainly with children, in this first installment all the help will be directed to communities in the department of Chocó, Colombia!

'Raices' as a movement in search of humanitarian aid focused on the well-being and comprehensive protection with tenderness of children in vulnerable situations.

"We seek to contribute to the transformation of children, families and communities in the department of Chocó, Colombia and all the money raised will be used to carry food packages, make community meals and provide educational supplements to more than 5000 children in Colombia, children who live in indigenous communities and children who live in towns affected by extreme poverty deprived of having a dignified life and opportunities for progress due to the political abandonment they live, who also due to violence have been displaced from their villages on different occasions, we only want to contribute and help a little to change this sad situation."

Ce jam exprime des trucs que j'arrive pas à dire , il m'a permis de parler et de voyager à ma manière , d'où son nom , je voulais partir loin , passer un message , je pense  . Il m'a permis de me déconnecter l'espace d'un instant , de poser mon cerveau , je jam pas d'habitude , je bosse depuis 8 ans sur fl , la mao est une musique de réflexion , on réfléchi , on cherche mais finalement on perd en expression , on passe notre temps a compter nos mesures , à regarder cette putain de grille dans laquelle on pose nos patterns , on regarde plus notre musique qu'on la vit .

Fait avec une digitakt 1 et une syntakt , j'ai ajouté un peu de drones et quelques filtres en post prod pour rendre le tout plus riche , j'ai utilisé le mixeur de FL 12 pour mixer et processer tout ça , la track n'est pas parfaite , j'ai encore un peu du mal avec ce type de workflow .
