It is always good news to have a new talent on board, we welcome A Fale Pilgrim to the roster with this solid EP.

A False Pilgrim has drawn up a coherent plan that synchronizes the motivations that have led him to build this EP. Thanks to this order in the final result of "Hiedras" there are no cracks or empty parts of content. Each of his tracks is an example of how to fit different pieces of the techno sound into an indissoluble unit.

UFO95 introduces “After Light Comes Shadow”, a bleep-infused 4/4 cut whose broken accents unfold into layers of cinematic tension. Z.I.P.P.O and Claudio PRC follow with “Marte Rosso”, a poetic excursion across Martian landscapes shaped by evolving pads and hypnotic grooves. D-Leria’s “Underwater” plunges deeper still, driven by relentless modular propulsion and immersive aquatic textures.

The B-side expands the spectrum. Stephanie Sykes & Dyad contribute with What Remains, a roller infused with spiritual intensity and organ-like resonance, while BIMOL’s “Fragmento en La” twists cinematic atmospheres and industrial edges into broken rhythms guided by a haunting Spanish vocal. Bringing the record to a close, Decoder delivers “We Keep Lying To Ourselves”—a slow-burning, 808-driven piece of subtle progression and timeless elegance.

At this point a regular contributor in defining Token’s sound, Border One steps up for his sixth EP on the label in five years. As in many of his past projects, ‘Where is Now’ bleeds character through effect for a trip on the dancefloor. 

Establishing the ambiance of the record, Border One meets pace with depth in the titletrack A1. A pressing bassline and progressively squelching synth accents combine to press the dancefloor, decorated with flickering hi hats. The track remains a steady roller throughout while maintaining an underlying attitude that only adds to its initial drive. Focusing back his energy on percussion, Border One prioritises eccentric groove with insistent tone. ‘Time Drift’ reaffirms his minimalist approach to the EP, only inviting anxious drum sequences with rising rides in the second half. The portal opens steadily in ‘Time Drift’, establishing a slightly more meditative tone than he’s done in the past. ‘Echo State’ returns to resonance, a sound well fit for the label. With quick loops and a heavy focus on the hypnotic, in a dancefloor-commanding kind of way, the Belgian artist gives his signature sound that rolls effortlessly off of well tuned soundsystems. With a tight grip on the track’s pressure, Border One transitions into the final track ‘Split Recall’. Here, he finds a direct path through a heavily psychedelic landscape. Bringing in occasional high pitched synth sequences and cutting through claps while the stereo field turns and evolves, Border One creates a closing track with attention to detailing his arrangement and variance. Rolling off in one section to stomping through others, the Belgian artist proves once more that his sound continues to be reinvented throughout his work.

We are super excited to present the 147th episode from GCOD!

Hailing from Zürich, Switzerland, GCOD is an electronic music artist whose hypnotic yet powerful sound has positioned him as one of the city’s rising talents.

Since his debut in 2023, he has released on respected labels including Bipolar Disorder Records, Grab the Groove, and Ri7mo, steadily carving out a place in the international scene.

On stage, GCOD has showcased his versatility behind the decks at acclaimed clubs such as Hive, Exil, and Elysia, while also bringing his music abroad, most notably with a summer stint in Tokyo in 2023.

In addition to his solo work, he is a core member of ZIMA Blue, Zürich’s notorious DJ trio celebrated for their raw energy and unique collective identity.
