Emiss Deep nacio un 11 de Junio de 1991 y ha comenzado su ciclo de música electronica en el año 1997
cuando su tio empezó a comprar discos de distintos tipos de generos
musicales donde de repente sintio esa inspiracion por la música, de por si se interezaba en los discos de
 Rock Country, Alternative, y la musica disco (70, 80, 90). Emiss a su temprana edad
hablamos cuando tenia 5 años y medio, para el, su mejor influencia
fue su madre por donde aquel entonces oia musica romantica como
los American Classics, Los Golds Collections, El Rock Country (Internacional)
y el Rock Nacional, especialmente a la banda inglesa Duran Duran, que lo inspiro hasta el dia de hoy,
a lo similar de su tio. A los 6 años cometio el accidente
de haber roto una bandeja pincha disco de su tio, tramaba tener ese conocimiento
artistico de querer pinchar. Despues de unos años, ya a los 14 años de edad
comenzo a armar un grupo de amigos por los cuales los fines de semana se juntaban
para mezclar, no entendia muy bien la teoria de lo avanzado desde ese entonces,
pero obtubo ese don de mirar y aprender, Emiss nunca estudio en una escuela de musica,
con la ayuda de sus amigos y tio, incrementaba el conocimiento basico a la
hora de armar un Dj Set o un Live. Teniendo mucha practica, dedicandose a lo
que mas ama hacer. Empezando sus presentaciones en fiestas barriales de amigos, donde
hacia sonar Deep House o Tech House y muy rara vez Chill Out & Lounge. Sus influencia
musicales como LUCIANO, RICARDO VILLALOBOS, RICHIE HAWTIN, DJ T. SVEN VATH, GREEN VELVET, 
DENNIS FERRER, ANDRE CROM, HARDRIVE, JAMIE JONES, HUXLEY, JOHN MOOD, MK, MANUEL TUR, MACEO PLEX,
MONODELUX, NINA KRAVIZ, SOUL CLAP, TODD TERRY, KERRI CHANDLER, CARL CRAIG, DIXON,
entre otros.
Su primer debut fue en Club Bahrein de Buenos Aires en 2010, pasando por la cabinas
de Palermo Urbano, Mi Lola Club de San Telmo, Gibraltar, Honduras Holliwood,
Uq Bar Palermo, Club Space Quilmes (NITTYDA), Essenhaus Bar Quilmes (VINCENT) (ABSOLEM)
y promete estar en los mejores Clubes de Buenos Aires.

Stefan Bernauer began his music career in the early nineties as a guitarist and songwriter in several rock, blues, and jazz bands.

After experimenting with various genres, his passion for electronic music has remained.

In 2011 and 2012, he released his first tracks under the artist name herrB on some indie labels. 
In 2013, he met the artist Anne Clark, with whom he toured Europe in 2014-2019 and collaborated on various musical projects.

Following the successful EP releases *Fairytales from the Underground* and *LifeWires*, there will be no further collaborations with Anne Clark.

His new project will return to the realm of deep/dub techno.

Baptism is an established imprint born from a love of electronic music, pure and simple. As the name suggests, this is the first foray into label management for the three inseparable friends behind it, but that’s not to say it won’t kick it with the big dogs given the experiences and talents of those involved…

The plan for the digital outlet is a complete one, with focus on branding, relationships and quality as much as the music itself and the quantity of releases. Mixing up productions from established names and newbies alike, tracks and remixes from Phunk Investigation, Stefano Noferini, Spektre, Alex D’Elia & Nihil Young and Kernel Key can all be expected in the first few months following the initial Baptism from Alex Di Stefano, namely ‘Phase One’ featuring a remix from Dutch specialist Koen Groeneveld.

“We are focusing on most aspects of techno but have a penchant for the dark driving kind” say the triumvirate of music lovers behind this new project.

“Sooo many start-up labels go into it without investing in branding, decent A&R and so on that they’re quickly lost in the mire. We’ve invested and signed some brilliant tracks and have remixes from some of the current names we’re feeling, so we hope we can stand ourselves apart in time.”

Baptism is a rite of admission into a certain religion, but Baptism is an entry point into a world of tastemaker techno… welcome on board.

Marc Kane has now teamed up with 4Ace, another well known talent and together they have launched a new conceptual event called Warp Me, giving Malta the Techno they deserve.

With over 30 years of experience between them in the dance music scene, and having been writing music together as 4D since 1997 (with several releases on Flying Rhino Records, Iboga and Flow) it was decided that now was the time to create their own platform from which to release their brand of cutting edge and highly polished techno/electronica.
