Presenting episode 5 of Radio Samt! Last one for 2023 and this month features one of my favorite people in Mexico City: @Kodemul

This mix builds loose narratives as you listen. Long, stretching, tightening, and shortening waves build the pulse throughout in different forms; water lapping, screeches and wails - all eventually buried by by percussion, by familiar melodies, gated into obscurity. Occasional vocal sections ground it back down to human earth.
-and that's just the first half!

I'm very lucky to present this as the last Radio Samt of 2023, and what a lovely way to say goodbye to this year.
