A new collaborative project in Detroit, hosted by @Video7. 

8 producers are selected to randomly meet at High Bias Recordings in Detroit.

They are split into four teams of two. 

Each team then splits up & works on a track together for 2 hours at a time. 

After each 2 hour chunk, each team bounces their stems and rotates them to the next team - while also getting stems from the team before them.

Repeat this 4x, and you have 4 tracks touched by 8 different producers.

Celebrating 15 years of recording rock and roll in Atlanta, GA, Living Room Recording proudly presents a preview of the forthcoming ‘Cease and Desist’ cover song project.  Owners Ed Rawls and Justin McNeight, (serving as producers, arrangers, and rhythm section), called upon the wealth of talent they've had the pleasure of working with over the years (including Mastodon, Black Lips, Jacuzzi Boys and more) to curate and construct a collection of cover versions of some of their favorite tunes.  Songs by The Cure, The Kinks, Bill Withers, Harry Nilsson and more all get dudded up Living Room style.
