If you are supporting someone with a thyroid disease, this podcast episode is for you. &nbsp; In this episode, I share some advice for you to help that person out. &nbsp; Here are a few considerations: &nbsp; Be as supportive as you possibly can. Engage them in conversation and listen, actively. &nbsp; Encourage them to write things down and be sensitive in your approach. It's really difficult to go through so many changes that most people just can't see. &nbsp; It's hard for someone suffering to reach out and try to explain what's going on when they don't know. Encourage them and let them know that they're doing a good job. &nbsp; Meet them where they are and allow them to recognize that they're not alone and that there are people in their life that care about them.
