We’re super excited to share this magical music with you! 

Sound is all about frequencies and vibrations and sound is such an important constituent in life. Same as breathing, which is the first thing you do when you are born. It is also the first thing you forget to do. 
That’s why the time is now to become aware of what you can do with breathing and music frequencies. 


Me and Peter Vermeiren (Breath and meditaton coach, Breath of Freedom) developed an (guided) sound healing. By using specific sound frequencies, we are able to provide your inner energy system with proper attention and move you into a higher state of consciousness. With this soundtrack, you’re able to give your entire energy system an healthy, energy boost in seven steps. 
For every chakra (energypoint) we’ve composed a special track, starting with the first Muladhara chakra and ending with the seventh, Sahasrara chakra. 
To get the sound frequenties connected with your inner energysystem, we’ve decided to tune the entire soundtrack into the A = 432 hz. 

You can choose between a guided session or a non-guided session.

The Vedas (/ˈveɪdəz, ˈviː-/; Sanskrit: वेदः vedaḥ, "knowledge") are a large body of religious texts originating in ancient India. Composed in Vedic Sanskrit, the texts constitute the oldest layer of Sanskrit literature and the oldest scriptures of Hinduism.
There are four Vedas: the Rigveda, the Yajurveda, the Samaveda and the Atharvaveda. Each Veda has four subdivisions – the Samhitas (mantras and benedictions), the Aranyakas (text on rituals, ceremonies, sacrifices and symbolic-sacrifices), the Brahmanas (commentaries on rituals, ceremonies and sacrifices), and the Upanishads (texts discussing meditation, philosophy and spiritual knowledge). Some scholars add a fifth category – the Upasanas (worship). The texts of the Upanishads discuss ideas akin to the heterodox sramana-traditions.
