This song is for any and all interpretations but my original thought process was the screams being times you feel like you cant do good enough and you just let go and become scared which is why the heart beat goes faster when the song feels more tense, the birds chirping near the middle of the song are meant to show good times, no stress, no sadness just peace but because of all the previous screams you forget the birds are and always have been chirping in the background and there is always peace you just have to find it your own way, and near the end of the song there's one more scream as the heartbeat fades and that is what you imagine it to be just remember that there's always hope and the second you let go of what you dream you let go of what you can become.
