About this journey:
I often create my sonic storytelling with a title and intention that I hold through the journey of its birth into the world. This one was different, it began without a title – just a feeling into the frequency of Cosmovision Records. But a title did arrive – midway through recording as I felt my body and all of my being become the wind. This journey, this story, invokes the wind that we are. Air. Weightless. Strong. Elles pratiquent le chant polyphonique traditionnel pour utiliser le pouvoir guérisseur de la nature et le féminin sacré. L'expérience est intériorisée, puissante et éthérée, et atteint quelque chose au-delà de ce monde.

Crée à Gdansk en 2013 par Alina Jurczyszyn et Kamila Bigus, Laboratorium Piesni interprète des chants polyphoniques traditionnels de nombreux pays et régions comme l’Ukraine, Les Balkans, la Biélorussie, la Pologne, la Géorgie, la Scandinavie.

Every song has a story to tell. This song tells the story of the wind, the breath of the universe. The wind is elusive and full of mysteries. No one knows where she comes from, where she is going or what she brings. In these volatile times that we live, we dedicate this song to trees whose breath nourishes our world.

"Respira + Remixes" EP features three exquisite remixes from three talented artists along with Santi & Tuğçe's original track. The remixes are by Chilean composer and producer Rodrigo Gallardo, Guatemala based producer/DJ Mose, and Berlin-based producer/DJ San Miguel.

All label proceeds from this EP will go to 8 Billion Trees Foundation that plants trees and rescues animals around the world, especially in the Amazon and whose mission is to "change the world one tree at a time".
