Wow time flies… I played my very first dj set in front of a crowd exactly 25 years ago. I used to practice in the basement of a youth club every week because I couldn’t afford my own turntables. When playing my first gigs I was shaking and was so intimidated I could barely speak. Honestly, it’s still the same even if I’m able to hide it now. If I wouldn’t feel this nervousness and excitement any longer I would let it go and quit. 
Since we are still not able to celebrate properly I prepared a podcast for you with my current favorite slow tracks. 
I think it’s perfect for the upcoming summer vibes, for listening at home and dreaming about festivals 🐈💫🌈❤️🦄

We dreamt about it so many times but you cannot understand the dimensions until you arrive there and being finally there, doing what we love most, it felt like a infinite lucid dream to our hearts and minds 

For the very first time, we opened Sunday night inside the camp with a Dj set we prepared but then we flew with the moment as Ukiyo’s floating world does

As soon as we start people connect to the vibe and we loved how everything unfold in a perfect time and way!

The pressure and excitement was palpable, dust in the air and all around

Dear friends, It's been a while since I've shared new music and recordings. Nonetheless, I have been spending extensive love on curating my music collection and fortunate enough to share glimpses of it in intimate gatherings during this pandemic. This recording was captured after closing for my friend Satori in one of the most breathtaking cenotes I have played at in beautiful Mexico. Its caretakers have treated this sacred land with the utmost respect and live in complete synchronicity with its surroundings, the local communities, and the ethos they live by. I've fallen in love with this location and its family. 

It took me a little bit to get in the groove, but I found it. 
Enjoy this one as much as I did and I hope we can do more of this together very soon in our new post-pandemic reality. Would love to hear what you feel.. I have a lot more to share.

Deep grooves, bass and percussion blended in a tribal mix, that’s what gets Ed Noodle going. From downtempo sets at sunset or sunrise, to dark organic blends taking you on a trip into the night: in any case the goal will be to keep you dancing with prehistoric power.

Ed is at his best when he takes the time to tell a story, relying on the right tracks and buildup for that exact place and moment in time. A craft he honed at events like AfrikaBurn and Midburn, which fit his sound and energetic presentation like a glove. To top this all off, the experience of playing on the playa catapulted him to a next level. With more and more gigs coming his way, and releasing his first own productions on different labels.

Besides being a DJ and producer Ed is also
co-founder of Wolvenroedel, a movement he started with YOИDI to get people dancing.
