BTS collective is back with the fourth release on their label: ‘Selem’ EP by MERVH. The Turkish-born, Warsaw-based producer makes her debut with a 3 track digital EP backed with remixes from Violent, HATELOVE, and Sekulahr.
The release opens with ‘She Is Gone’ in which haunting vocals that establish an elegiac tone drift over an entrancing beat, up till a cathartic indurstialesque climax. The atmosphere becomes even more dense on „The Death Was Near” where fast and heavy drums meet melancholic yet ecstatic pads, urging for a frantic dance. MERVH downs the tempo again into industrial mode on the final original track ‘Endless Longing’ which finishes off with an epic synth line. Violent’s cinematic rework of ‘She Is Gone’ continues the sublime atmosphere in a complex yet smooth 8-minute composition that takes the listener on a purgatory journey. Next up, HATELOVE reinterprets ‘The Death Was Near’ into a merciless galloping banger in his signature style. The final remix is Sekulahr’s stepping and atmospheric rendition of ‘Endless Longing’ which eventually turns into trance mode for a grand finale. In memory of Selem.

Unhuman + Surit - Havoc [Megastructure_]

Verbis Diablo is an ancient language that holds powers in its sentences. According to biblical lore, it was a corrupted version of the language spoken in the Garden of Eden before humanity was banished to Earth. Its use blackens the heart of the speaker, until the speaker's thoughts and words are totally manipulated by Lucifer.

VB's first release marks the return of artist - and label founder - Edo Messina, known for his aggressive, no-holds-barred sound. "Facing The Pain" is an EP made over the course of these two years where everyone in the entertainment industry has been hit hard and where the artist has experienced, a bit like everyone else, more low periods than highs.

The remixes are by three great artists of the industrial scene: Hypnoskull, Slave To Society, Swarm Intelligence. All three artists are known for their underground style, distorted, aggressive and full of moments of pure tension.

Nexe label owners, NX1 teamed up with the British techno head Rommek, to configure a pure class and fearless four track EP entitled 'Foreign Bodies'.

The A side kicks off with 'Foreign Bodies 1' , a dense broken cluster of sonics, with fat bass, tense atmospheres and layered whispers that trap you from the very beginning.

Next up is 'Foreign Bodies 2', Razor-sharp and raw, yet hypnotic with a distinct techno pad that cuts through the mix.

On the B side you will find 'Foreign Bodies 3' that holds the tension. Electrifying synths and percussions, bold and powerful with an industrial feel.

The release is finalised with 'Foreign Bodies 4', which pushes things even harder ! Breaks slice through the twisted sound design and distortion, a perfect “closing to the core” to finish this high voltage collaboration EP.

A 2017 archive - 3 years later comes the time to share VOIESX, a 52 pages fanzine initiated by Victoria Renaud with the collaboration of Antoine Melquiond. 

The zine is compiling work from 23 artists, folks and freaky geniuses, part of the venue community and members of the Champ Libre artistic team.

Compilation of 15 tracks, including exclusively material from artists who performed at the infamous Champ Libre venue "24 rue Davoust".

Two distinct artworks covers are available (Randomly attributed).

Scary Beautiful consisted of five DJ sets in which Nastia played pre-selected unreleased tracks by electronic music producers from all over the world that are now released as a compilation of five LPs via Nastia’s record label  ‘NECHTO’. 
The last instalment took place on the territory of one of Ukraine’s most monumental steel factories - ‘ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih’, which dates back to 1934 when the first pig iron was produced. 85% of the manufactured products from Ukraine are exported to new construction sites in 65 countries and the plant annually produces 6, 000, 000 tons of steel. The final release of Scary Beautiful’s first season illuminates the industrial and raw energy of techno and consists of music tracks by producers from Japan, Ukraine, Hungary, Belgium, Brazil, Greece, and Scotland.

"Mind Religion" is the 7th release of @hex-barcelona, an EP composed of 5 original tracks of futuristic, aggressive and post-apocalyptic Techno. 

The duo NX1, for this release as individual artists (Samot and Surit), took over half vinyl each one for a very unique creation which was completed by two powerful remixes from Motive Power & Crystal Geometry.

It begins with the track "Energy Peaks” which is a highly kinetic creation and strongly textured piece. After that, comes the remix from Motive Power, a futuristic, post-apocalyptic and cinematic Techno piece, perfectly wrapped up with magnificent sound design. As third track we have the original "Mind Whispers”, breakbeat rhythms, with a touch of distorted rock, turn this track into a no-escape mental loop. We continue with "Civil Religion”, the most hypnotic side of the Ep, sharp and solid with nuances of psychedelia. "You call it Sanity”, is an unstoppable, functional and groundbreaking bomb, energy direct to the spine. And here it comes, Crystal Geometry remix, a brutal track that transports us to a rebellious, punk and dark environment - pure fire! Bonus track: "Raice Your Voice": Dancefloor killer, banger, industrial and explosive, perfect closing for this powerful Ep.

With this release HEX Recordings confirms once again his dark, fatalistic and mercilessly vision of Techno, directly whistling the dystopian Pandemonium.
