This work is in between a soundscape and music, where a feeling of beauty and calmness dominates. Environmental sounds acquire musical relations, but not always, mixing real and imaginary (unreal) listenings. 
This work is part of a series of four pieces named Memories of a Dream.

EDSON ZAMPRONHA is a Brazilian composer now based in Spain. He received two awards from the São Paulo Association of Art Criticism and the 6th Sergio Motta Award, the most renowned prize in Art and Technology in Brazil for the sound installation Poetic Attractor created with the SCIArts Group. In 2017 he was awarded for his Entire Career by the IV Brazilian Festival of Contemporary Music.
     He has received commissions from different groups and institutions, such as the Museum of Applied Arts (Cologne, Germany); the São Paulo Symphonic Orchestra Foundation - OSESP (Brazil); the Mexican Center for Music and Sound Arts - CMMAS (Morelia, Mexico), and the XXI Biennial for the Brazilian Contemporary Music (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil).
     He was an invited composer at the University of Birmingham (United Kingdom), Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía (Madrid, Spain), Studio Phonos (Barcelona, Spain), and developed Post-Doctorate research at the University of Helsinki (Finland).
     His compositions are included in four albums fully dedicated to his music. His catalog includes more than 100 works for orchestra, symphonic band, opera, choir, ballet, theater, sound installation, electroacoustic music, chamber music, and film. Besides, he wrote the book Notation, Representation, and Composition (in Portuguese) and has organized five books about music. He has more than 30 papers published. 
     He has a Ph.D. in Communication and Semiotics – Arts from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. He is a Professor at the University of Oviedo, Spain.
