Whitelabrecs was set up by Harry Towell in late 2015 as another outlet to put out experimental electronic/acoustic music. It followed Harry’s previous labels Audio Gourmet, Tessellate and Warehouse Decay and focuses on a collectable series of highly limited edition vinyl-effect CDr packaging, with the first 50 releases influenced by white label vinyl records. The label also runs a digital only series called eRecords, with each of these releases including a special PDF booklet.

Irene de la Cueva es música, productora, investigadora y curadora sonora. Su formación musical es ecléctica e incluye el conservatorio clásico, el diseño sonoro, la música tradicional y un amplio bagaje en la escena electrónica experimental y la improvisación. Lleva el sello Eternal Recordings -plataforma dedicada a la edición y programación de propuestas sonoras inmersivas- y compone música para cine, moda o instalaciones en diversas colaboraciones con otros artistas.

En sus directos como Ivankovà, mantras vocales, repeticiones y composiciones estáticas se combinan con un carácter épico y una cuidada espacialización, dando lugar a un cuento sonoro remoto, una ensoñación con alta carga de emoción y los cuatro elementos como eje contextual. El proyecto nace con una vocación terapéutica influida por el deep listening de Pauline Oliveiros y una interpretación muy personal de la ética New Age. Su trabajo ha sido difundido en diversos eventos y medios especializados como NTS, Radio 3, La Casa Encendida, Matadero Madrid, Razzmatazz, Centro de Arte Sonoro de Buenos Aires, LEV, MIRA, WOS, Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid,  o Monasterio de Uclés.

Edu Comelles, lives and works in Valencia; he is an artist, musician and cultural manager. His work combines sound art, music production and sound design in different areas of culture.
