In 2005 Efterklang had the honor of releasing Grizzly Bear's debut album 'Horn of Plenty' in Europe on their tiny label Rumraket (www.rumraket.com). 

With the release came a bonus disc full of remixes and one of them was this one. The very first remix ever made by Efterklang.

Grizzly Bear - "Campfire (Efterklang Remix)"

Efterklang & Turboweekend are two very different bands, but they also have a lot of things in common. They both hail from Copenhagen (Efterklang has however recently moved to Berlin), both bands work closely with the art/design duo Hvass&Hannibal and Morten from Turboweekend and Rasmus from Efterklang are squash buddies!

This 'Sweet Jezebel' remix was part of a remix swop so in return for this Efterklang remix Turboweekend remixed the Efterklang song 'Full Moon'. You can listen to this here: http://efterklang.net/home/2010/06/04/efterkang-turboweekend-remix-swap/

This remix of Trentemøller's song Tide was part of a remix swop, where Trentemøller remixed Efterklang's song Raincoats in return. Attached to the swop was also an artwork contest, where the winner's artwork would be used for the iTunes release of this remix swop. Oh No Ono is a superb band from Denmark and Efterklang were happy not only to do a remix swop but also to jump in the cold Danish water with them.
