A little while ago, I was invited to play a listening set at Club Raum, where @interfering-grounds transformed one of the rooms into a very unique kind of listening and chill-out space.

Sadly the recording faced some technical difficulties, but I wanted to record something inspired by that special night. All the same records, but played in a less clubby, more homey way. Soft tension, each track given space to play all the way through.

nonconformist ears” at Espacio Perpendicular, Madrid (28·06·2025).

Temple is a listening session held at Espacio Perpendicular, an
associative space on the outskirts of Madrid. The sound quality, the
closeness and permeability between artists and listeners, and the
comfort of a carefully prepared, limited-capacity space make Temple a
sublime and unique experience for devoted music lovers.

Josephine’s Soundscapes is the moniker of José Salas, an audiovisual
creator, art director, and active promoter of alternative culture in
Madrid. When it comes to music, he has been a key figure in shaping
Madrid’s underground electronic scene for over 20 years.

Patrice5 (@patrice55) and I now present the last-but-one track 9 in our collaborative concept album, "Altitude" (2025). The track was composed spontaneously by the two of us on the same day, with Patrice5 composing, mixing and recording his part on 24 November 2025 in MAGIX, and me composing, mixing and recording my part in immediate and inspired response in the evening, improvising on Akai MPK mini keyboard controller connected to Logic Pro, and recording the initial combined version. On the next day, 25 November 2025, Patrice5 arranged, mixed and recorded its final version in MAGIX. We release it now on SoundCloud, in this late Friday morning (in Europe) of 12 December 2025, and hope you'll enjoy it.

The artwork cover for our album "Altitude" (2025) and all tracks in it uses a photo shot by Alex M on 26 September 2025 cropped and annotated by Alex M in Mac OS Preview on 29 September 2025 - in coordination and agreement with Patrice5.
