iBreaks welcome Baseface for our 61st release, the perfect pairing of Russia’s DJ Gordy with vocalist and ex-Prodigy drummer Kieron Pepper.

Rat Catcher kicks off with a guitar-style synth before dropping in a punchy kick and snare.  A brief moment of calm is followed by an onslaught of blistering rave synth lines and growls.  Pepper’s vocals perfectly complement the grit and growl throughout while Gordy makes sure the energy remains our peak time.

First up on remix duties, enter breakbeat legend Future Funk Squad who takes the track on a darker, dirtier journey into “nuskool” territory.  This doesn’t mean it’s not club-worthy, with plenty of hyped soaring synth lines and bleeps whilst some powerful drums and breaks roll underneath.  Fans of FFS need this in their lives!

Rounding things up are iBreaks regulars Under This who lead with a driving bassline and pounding drums.  Some tasty edits in the mid section give way to a brand new melodic section as the track progresses, all the while retaining Pepper’s vocal

Andy Faze - Computer User (Original Mix)

Kelle @tkelle is a multi-genre Electronic Music producer from Budapest, specializing in heavy Breakbeat and Drum & Bass styles.

Fascinated by the diversity and energy of broken rhythms, Kelle, under the strict guidance of Gábor Dienes (aka ‘Beatman’ from the ‘Beatman & Ludmilla’ duo) began developing his own trademark sound. He drew inspiration from a variety of artists released on such labels as AYRA, RUNE, Bombtraxx and Broken Robot Records. An indelible mark on the development of his style was made by the movie soundtrack from ‘The Matrix’, produced by the heavy-hitters like ‘The Prodigy’, ‘Propellerheads’, ‘Lunatic Calm’, ‘Massive Attack’ and ‘Rob Dougan’.

After productive cooperation with ‘Henry D’ of the Bombtraxx label and Adam ‘Retroid’ of Ego Shot and Morphosis Records, whom Kelle is grateful for the support, he joined the team of RUNE Recordings, becoming one of the leading resident artists of the label. Here, Kelle received enormous support from Dima ‘RUNE and Dima ‘Under This’, figuring out his right place within the Electronic Music scene. Inspired by collaborations with artists such as ‘Mechanical Pressure’ and ‘Sergei Orange’, Kelle decided he was well prepared and ready to release his debut album.

On August 1st, 2020, Kelle will unleash his musical passion and energy in the form of ‘Revolution In You LP’. The assortment of twelve tracks represent all of the Kelle's mastery, ranging from nuskool, tearout & progressive breaks to mainstream & neurofunk drum & bass. The release of the album is meant to deliver one important message: Nothing is predetermined — Revolution In You.
