"The mix was originally called “Les sirènes de Waldeck-Rousseau”. In french, "sirènes" mean mermaids so that looks fairy in first place but they can also be related to the police sirens and these have nothing to do with magic. Da:mu from the Öz crew - based in Nantes, France - recorded that mix after a few days suffering from the police demonstration around his place, Waldeck-Rousseau. During that time lockdown was coming to an end but tensions were taking up more and more places in our sensitive hearts. Composed with some of Da:mu’s best discoveries from 2020, the mix oscillate between tensions felt and the relaxation music offers. Feel the tense, relax. Feel the tense, relax. "

L'émission Monthly Python retourne sur les ondes egregoriennes pour présenter la patte écailleuse du label Reptilian Business Records. Au programme : une exploration d'un large spectre de musique electro-organique, psychoactive et imprévisible. Pour la première de la saison, l'un des fondateurs, Da Iguana, propose ses dernières trouvailles inspirées de cette vision reptilienne.

This might be the perfect way to describe this new 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘴𝘱𝘢 crystallized by Da:mu.
Discovered on a sunlit afternoon at the very edge of France last summer, it quickly became clear that we wanted to invite him to be part of this project.

Born on World Music Day, Da:mu lives for sonic emotions deeply rooted in his body & mind.
As a co-founder of Öz (@ozcollective_), he shares a vision of free-spirited & colorful celebrations, embracing rhythmic journeys and unexpected mystical flights.
He is also one half of the rock’n trance-infused project Yland Sunr:ders with his accomplice diafan (@me_diafan), which resides on the imaginary utopia Ybyzär.

From the desire to (re)bring certain musical genres and universes into the spotlight, here is one of them, which we have the sublime pleasure of unveiling to you.
