NB trans girl from NY now Tampa.  I play synths and drum machines.  Anything you hear on here was either done with my software or hardware synths, occasionally using samples.  

Inspired to play synths by sci-fi sound tracks and other trans women I'm friends with who play.  I share a birthday with Wendy Carlos so I guess it was in the stars?  Trans girl, into synths & making electronic music.  Apart from soundtracks most of my inspiration comes from cold wave, darkwave, post punk, synthwave, low-fi, gothic & punk music.  

If my solo work has slowed a bit I was away on vacation, and shortly after getting back I joined a band.  I am still working on my solo stuff though and have big plans for 2020 musically.

I am very curious about everything, hence my passion for exploring all music! I am not so much interested in genres, but moods.

I started discovering electronic music pretty early on (I'd like to think), thanks having access to the internet in the '90s. Music has been at the core of my life.

A very condensed timeline:

🏝️ Mid '90s: Solopreneur in tech as a pre-teen from a Florida town, population = 100.

🎓 BA in Psychology, with honors.

👩🏻‍💻 Mid 2000s: Co-founded one of the first SaaS Marketing agencies.

😻 2014: First Community Manager hired at Product Hunt.

Now:

📖 Co-authoring / publishing THE book on Language-Market Fit with Hashem ElAssad.
📖 Also writing a book of poetry, a potluck cookbook, and creating a mixed-media book of multi-exposure black and white photography. 

Just got invited to be a member of a punk band and to also make short films? I've ALWAYS wanted to do both. We'll see how that turns out! I have ADHD so I've had to learn to focus on only one to three endeavors at a time. I always get around to everything, it just takes me longer to complete any one life goal when I want to do everything at the same time.

I am a public speaker, writer, artist, photographer, love word play....want to complete Master's degrees in Epistemology and Metaphysics, and I just know there's some PhD thesis for me to write about neodymiums. 

I am a Go-to-Market Product Marketer with an emphasis on authenticity. (And we're going to see a lot of folks saying the same soon thanks to "AI" so I'm just going to have to make up my own word for authenticity.) 😉 

I apply my academic background in Psychological Research Methods — and therefore experimentation) to market research and "conceptual blending" (I don't follow a formal process for it) — which otherwise both often lack the application of scientific methodologies. At least, IMO. As a result, I'm 
passionate about being an innovator, and I specialize in language-market fit and community-led growth as genuine approaches for taking innovative 
ideas to fruition.
