Nasce do encontro improvável de três universos sonoros: o classicismo oculto e ritualístico de Vuttun, a espontaneidade caótica de Vuga e o grotesco hipnótico de Vallak. Juntos, eles formam o VvV, um projeto que brinca com a estranheza e transforma o bizarro em festa.

O álbum “Strange Friends” é exatamente isso: uma celebração da amizade no caos, onde símbolos ocultos, risadas distorcidas e atmosferas sombrias se entrelaçam em uma viagem psicodélica sem regras. É divertido, é intenso, é estranho – e por isso mesmo, único.

Weird times call for weird music.. Although life is mostly uncertain and confusing at the moment, we feel it must also lead to a big influx of creativity amongst all people affected by the current situation. Therefore, while reflecting in quarantaine like most of us, we have decided to start uploading some BSS music that got sidelined in past years and finally give them a destination. 'Spaarndammerbuurt Archief 001' is made up of 5 previously unreleased tracks and are now available on the BSS Bandcamp page. Jacques Satre shies away from conventional formulas, both when it comes to mixing and to producing. His tracks have somewhat of alchemy, for they are a peculiar mélange of eccentric elements that altogether become an intense sonic acid trip. Collaborator in the Positive Education festival and with a constant output in Worst Records, he is undoubtedly part of a thriving electronic music scene in Southern France where slow has become the new fast.

Chris Imler
Alternates between eternal street boy and dubious
magician, has succeeded in upgrading to a prophet with his third record. The 12-inch, completed in January and released on May 22nd on R.i.O. Label, is exaggeratedly up to date. Though it would never occured to him in his wildest nightmares while doing it, Chris Imler produced the soundtrack for the state of emergency. „Ich mess die Zeit in Katastrophen / Die Skala ist nach oben offen / Das Haus stürzt ein, es brennt die Stadt / Ein
Laserstrahl weist mir den Weg zum Country Club“ says the chorus of "Country Club". The music itself sounds like an emergency from the first second on. Synths like deeply pitched sirens, a beat like ground troops. And also the second song with the again ridiculously contemporary title "Protect Myself" provides appropriate voodoo vibrations.

Imler couldn't have found better remixers than INIT (Benedikt Frey & Nadia D'Alò / two thirds of the R.i.O. label) and Debmaster (Julien Deblois / Nyege Nyege label), who consistently drive the sound into dark rotations.

Over the past few years Simas Boo has changed, having to be changed not even his style or music, but the passion for it and everything about it. From anything that's on the way and moving to something more that's interesting and more exciting. These days it's often possible to hear him being played something that's either slow and dubbed or catchy and filled with acid and darkwave sound. That's a perfect example of what Simas Boo is looking out for. Nevertheless the taste for Italo-Disco is something that he admires as well. A must to mention for Simas Boo is Opium Club and it's 2019's.  Yearly club event called "New Blood '' selected him to play out on the big stage, with a couple more selected local disc-jockeys, they were graduates of that year's "New Blood" contest. Afterwards, having more and more observation over the town's events, he performed in neighborhood cities, continuing to the very sea-side. To this day Simas Boo seek's for authentic sounds, style and exclusive attention.

Laminat|Kobermann is around for many years now. He’s well-known and respected for his DJing and his versatile taste in dance music. His mixes contain Hip Hop, House, Techno and everything in between. All with a certain moodyness and lush grooves. On the stage he is known for his technical skills and multiple deck mixing. He loves to fade in extra accapellas and synth lines in order to give more expression and intensity to his storytelling DJ sets. Under his moniker Laminat he delivers all different kinds of house music. As Kobermann he is more focused on harsh, noisefull and raw stuff.

Pletnev taste in music is quite eclectic. In 2017 & 2018 he did splendid afro & oriental flavored EPs for such imprints like Meda Fury, Bahnsteig23, Needs and Mehmet's & Majica’s Fleeting Wax. More atmospheric, dark and deep EPs went out via Le Temps Perdu, Biologic, Secretsundaze sublabel SZE & french experimental label KUMP.

Alex perfectly represents new lithuanian scene of electronic artists among names like Manfredas, Juoduomenė, V and many others. He residents in Vilnius mekka of nightlife - Opium club and became a part of “Opium of the People” compilation in 2018.
