Currently based in Bangkok, Kappa was born and raised in Italy, where he discovered Electronic music in early 2000s through the captivating sounds of Dj Tomcraft and Felix da Housecat. He quickly became a regular at underground clubs in the industrial Turin and subsequently in the more polished and sophisticated Milan, continuously expanding his musical journey into Minimal, Techno and Electro Funk. His move to South East Asia in 2012 quickly brought him close to the vibrant local underground scene, where he built long lasting friendships with some of the most talented SEA DJs.

He started hustling behind the decks in 2018, absorbing lessons from more experienced artists and steering the vibes of different crowds and settings through the combination of a wide spectrum of Electronic genres. Kappa likes experimenting with an eclectic mix of influences, from Disco and Balearic sounds to Indie Dance and Minimal / Acid House, always trying to keep the groove as common denominator and to explore cosmic and hypnotic sounds to carry the dancefloor through uncharted musical journeys. 

Kappa has been performing in a variety of venues and events in Bangkok (12x12, Cafe des Stagiaires), Singapore (Rasa, Headquarters, Tuff Club), Saigon (Broma, Luu Bar), Koh Phangan, Bali and Jakarta.

During the peak of the pandemic, he was one of the founders of the Viral Beats music collective, which during lockdown times set out to bring music lovers together while physical dancefloors and friendly gatherings were sadly off limits.

Bar dj, but most of the time tireless listener, unconditional love for funky freaky world music.
