After an extended period of inactivity, the long-lost second album from The Electric Reptile Company is finally here! This time, we follow the same uninteresting specimen we followed on the last record only this time he's managed to find himself a lady friend to go with him on a vacation so hopefully it'll end up better than the last one! In the early hours of the morning, just before dawn, an X-class solar flare lights up the sky for a moment as if to say that this will be a trip to remember! From there, you'll follow the couple as they cruise down the highways past all the neon signs in the morning to get to the airport and board a first class luxury cruiser! As they drift through the sky in this flying palace they experience pleasures unlike any they've ever felt before! Eventually, the plane touches down at an airport just parallel to the peninsula with promises of paradise! After that they wander about through various back alley markets before eventually ending up at the boardwalk and witnessing a gorgeous sunset! They continue their vacationing extravaganza through various tourist traps until he eventually discovers that he's accidentally spent all his money on the first night, and she doesn't take it well! They then proceed to walk silently back to the hotel before he makes one last feeble attempt at a romantic gesture and she responds with apathy before promptly going to sleep without him! He tries to deal with the crushing disappointment by eating toaster pastries only to discover that the hotel room has no toaster and he has to settle for microwaving them, leading to a thoroughly unsatisfying eating experience! He then proceeds to flop out on the sofa, remarking to himself "Well, at least my gameboy still works!" and finally managing to break through the cloud of disappointment (even if just for the rest of the night!). It's a story that must be heard to be believed...!!!

This is Paradise Peninsula. It was mostly completed between April and November 2017 but we've finally given it that one last missing coat of polish and now five years later it's finally been deemed "ready to release".
