Transporting us back to summer, we're delighted to share our first live recording from Dimensions 2021: ISAbella. Joining us with an outstanding debut at Dimensions, ISAbella brought the well-loved MARICAS party energy to Croatia with a takeover at the Olive Grove, joined by Saoirse, rRoxymore and Melina Serser. Ma.to is no stranger in the underground scene. Founder and artist of Outer Place Records – there is a good chance that you’ve already danced to his music productions and you weren’t aware of it. He recently relocated to London from his previous base which was Berlin. 

We welcomed him to our home city with a blast - here is the recording from his set at Fold when we took over the warehouse for an all day long journey in East London.

Ma.to combines elements from the 90s House and Techno in a modern minimalistic sound, which allows you to see the trends of the 90s in the language of contemporary electronic music. No wonder that his perception and radical conception about being a musician was influenced by the classical and intense formation he received since he was six years old.

Moving and living from Rome to Berlin in 2012 formed the character and musical influence of Ma.to's production and selection. Shaping the sound of his events in Hoppetosse and Club Der Visionäre, Outer Place and also leading to the Record Label project involving music from him and artists or friends around the globe.

For well over a decade, Whitecat has been wholeheartedly committed to his musical identity. Relentlessly pursuing deep, undulating rhythms and dreamy sonic textures, Whitecat’s main obsession will always be the art of playing records. His tastes lean firmly towards stripped-back selections – always with an unmistakable groove. 

Having made a name for himself as a co-founder & resident artist of the respected Australian Minimal brand Mantra Collective, Whitecat now takes the reins as the Music Director of the intimate boutique music and arts festival Skydance, bringing his creative energy to the Australian doof community.

We have been holding off on this one for quiet some time and could not be happier to final release it, enjoy and follow more news shortly.

Longform, fully instrumental track built for conscious dance and 5Rhythms-inspired workshops: 95 BPM, dark organic tribal groove, deep hand drums, soft shakers, low drones, water and footsteps textures.
