If you’re looking for a straight line, you’re looking at the wrong person. Wonqi Rose is a connoisseur of sounds from every corner of the planet. Whether digging deep to shed light on the freshest tracks or creating a journey from the comfortable to the bazaar, her audiences are captivated by performances that transport them from the familiar to the fantastical. Influenced by organic soundscapes, urban style and underground flavour, she delves through varied styles and genres. Fusing deep, dark undertones with hypnotic melodies, her eclectic taste immerses you in a plethora of tasteful sounds that resonate on a bass level.

This Australian-born Rose spent her formative years in the South of England, where the music reverberating at iconic festivals planted a seed and her love of music began to grow. However, it was Melbourne’s underground scene that firmly planted that seed and allowed it to blossom in 2014 when her musical career began. 

Her unrelenting drive and multi-faceted versatility has seen Wonqi Rose emerge as a formidable force, working with some of Australia's most forward-thinking crews, including The Operatives, Uncomfortable Beats, Culture Jam, Twisted Audio, Whomp Music, Rubix Arthouse, Free Dope, The Brink, Street Level, The Global Hip Hop Collective, Off the Record, Oscillate, The MakeShift Collective and Signal.

Her explosive career includes collaborations with JPS, Dub Princess and Miss Money Toast, and performances at prestigious festivals including Twisted Frequency (NZ), Splendour in the Grass, Falls, Wide Open Space, Earth Frequency, Rainbow Serpent, Let Them Eat Cake, The Town, Yemaya, Tanglewood, Manifest, Lucid Labyrinth, Pitch, Earthcore and more. She's shared stages with her idols including Eprom, Spectrasoul, Om Unit, J:Kenzo, Arkaik, Compa, Sam Binga, Rider Shafique, Chimpo, Stanton Warriors and A.Skillz.

Short Circuit is Jerome Canabou, a local boy to the North Coast of NSW. Featured on the UP Records Angelic and Bio-Sine Records Cloud Catcher, Jerome sunk his roots in early with a tropical, yet staunch, northern nsw vibe, blistering melodies and the like..
He has been soaking up the psychedelic magic the area breeds for many years now, echoing the energy of the region in his music ~ his new shift and sound, described as morning power; delving through deep progressive sounds, rhythms,  with an uplifting drive ,all gelling together to create one blissful soundscape, hoping to take you on a deep and powerful journey through sound.....
