From an early age, Elliot felt out of sync with the world. He would spend hours gazing at the sky, dreaming of escaping aboard a spaceship. In the end, it was music that opened a gateway to elsewhere. His guitar became his capsule, and he never stopped playing.
At 15, he formed a punk band. A few years later, he left everything behind for London, discovered electronic production, and opened himself to new horizons. He composed for visual media, collaborated with other artists, before fully revealing himself through his solo project: Elliot Byrd.

A guitarist by training, Elliot Byrd was deeply influenced by legendary figures like Prince, Keith Richards, and Lenny Kravitz. Over time, his sonic universe expanded: guitars melt into electronic textures, underground currents, film scores, and sounds from distant worlds.

The result is music both modern and timeless, a hypnotic journey where imagination takes the lead. His tracks paint captivating sonic landscapes, blending enveloping rhythms, dreamlike textures, and soaring melodies. A luminous melancholy runs through them, turning shadow into light, solitude into reverie. His music is an inner voyage, an invitation to imagination, as suited to dance as it is to escape.

As a producer, musician, DJ and serial collaborator, Chris Schwarzwälders distinctive style of deep, restrained house is hard to pin down, but you’ll always know it’s him when you hear it. 

Born in Frankfurt am Main in the 80s, he started playing hiphop in the 90s. While making beats on his MPC2000, he dropped into Offenbach’s Robert Johnson club and fell in love with techno. 

In 2009, Chris moved to Berlin and started DJing at KaterHolzig, where he found a group of people who thought about music in the same way he did. In contrast to the trends of the late 00s, the sounds being made from this little paradise on Berlin’s river Spree were slower, softer, and more soulful than a lot of what was being played in clubs at the time. 

It was here that Chris began to cement his reputation as both a solo producer and collaborator, who was capable of bringing his trademark sounds to a whole number of side-projects - many of which have gone on to play to crowds around the globe. He joined the Feathered Sun collective in 2013, together with a group of friends including Acid Pauli, Nu, Jo.Ke and Raz O’Hara. Dreamy, groovy and often improvised, the collective represented a special kind of musical freedom in which a group of producers came together to create something new in a singular, live moment. 

At the same time, Chris’ friend Mira was making moves of her own, and they started to play back-to-back sets, soundtracking the legendary Monday mornings of KaterHolzig, and now, Kater Blau. The two, who are both residents at Kater Blau, have now been playing together internationally for almost a decade, and have formed a common musical understanding that translates throughout every one of their sets - deep, clubby and melancholic. This partnership has also carried on into the studio, where they have collaborated on numerous hits. 

His most light-hearted side comes out in collaboration with Iannis Ritter, where the two musicians take on a weirder, more melodic & electro approach than Chris’ other proejcts. 

If you were to ask him, Chris would describe himself as reserved, logical, rational, melancholic and humorous. Which is why you’d never hear him telling you about the hundreds of nightclubs and festivals he’s played around the globe, or the number of hits he’s had with his productions. If you’re lucky though, Chris might tell you about his favourite synthesizers, and get lost in a conversation all about electronics and sound. Which is exactly where Chris wants to be - lost in electronics and sound.

ROMAIN ISOARD a 29 ans.

Originaire de Nîmes, longtemps à Londres, il vit aujourd'hui entre Paris et le sud de la France. 

Auteur, interprète et co-compositeur autodidacte de ses titres, Romain compose et arrange "à la voix" avec des partenaires musiciens.

 

Pour lui, la musique est survie, l'écriture un élan viscéral.

De ses questionnements profonds naissent des textes personnels et subversifs sur la mort, le sexe, la question du genre, la violence du monde, le vague à l’âme, mais aussi sur l’amour, l’envie.

Ses influences musicales sont hybrides et organiques et balancent d’électro-acoustique à la pop, du psychédélique rock, au trip hop, sans oublier la musique du monde et les percussions tribales, son obsession.

Romain Isoard, pour ce premier EP invite ainsi à un voyage à travers soi et dans le monde, entre force et sensibilité à fleur de peau, élans sensuels et mystiques, à l’imagerie intemporelle inspirée des films noirs de David Lynch.

 

Un mélange des genres issu des multiples réminiscences musicales, littéraires, cinématographiques et humaines qui ont jonché le parcours, la vie, tout sauf linéaire, de cet artiste troublé, troublant, féroce et écorché.

ZEE aka Matteo Zarcone is a drummer, singer, Dj and producer. 
He is been playing as a Dj in the most important clubs in Italy and around Europe for the past 10 years, working with the most prestigious artists from the international House Music scene.
In his productions as in his live sets there is a feel of his love for Chicago House Music, Detroit Techno and Deep House Music: warm sounds that harmonizes perfectly with his old school groove and a raw touch in producing coming from the use of edgy vinyl samples. His live is an energetic set in which he plays electronic drums, analog synths and drum machines while he is mixing.

During his career he has released music with different projects for important labels such as the legendary “King Street Sounds” from New York, the danish “Two House Records”, “Siesta Records” from San Diego, “Sony Music”, “Resopal Shallware” from Berlin etc. having stunning feedbacks from the most important Djs around the world.
In the summer of 2016 he starts a new chapter by using the nick name ZEE and along with the new name a lot of new ideas are coming with it.

He is the Dj resident for the legendary TENAX club in Florence, one of the most important House Music Club worldwide since 20 years.
He is a resident Dj for the Paradox night at the EGG club in London.

As a musician he played with different bands around Europe and during is career he  opening act for important artists such as Oasis, Skunk Anansie, Pearl Jam, Stereophonics, Azaelia Banks, Jamiroquai, King of Convenience, Killers, Red Hot Chili Peppers etc. etc.
He was the Planet Funk drummer for the “Non Zero Sumness” tour and he was a founder member of the “Trikobalto” band, with which in the early 2000s he has trodden prestigious stages and released music for “Sony Music” in Italy and France.

Having influenced the East‐German techno scene throughout the last twenty years, Mira established her musical home in Berlin’s legendary Bar25. There, she shaped her very own unique sound that can be considered as a story of these endless nights full of intensity.
Bar25 was also the place for her to meet DJ and producer Chris Schwarzwalder. Moving from his Hip Hop­‐roots towards electronic music, it was not by accident that Chris followed the beat of time to Berlin.
Anyone who has experienced their endless sets already understand why Berliners speak of the particular sound being created by both of them.
A soulful, mesmerizing sound that you will sense sinking under your skin and leaving you with a feeling of deep warm­‐heartedness.
What happens is the perfect chemistry of classic mixing skills along with ingenious live productions that really deserve to be called a moving experience.
All of their styles and sounds can, not only be discovered live behind the decks, but also on prosperous vinyl and digital releases.

The Italian-German composer, DJ and founder of the record label 99CHANTS. He has been releasing music since 2010, but it took self- evaluation and a re-examination of his priorities for August to lean towards the future and follow his most experimental inclinations.
In 2023, his output is harder than ever to define, stretching across genres and disciplines to chafe the heart of the human experience.
