Addicted to the “four-four-beat” and began her life as a vinyl junkie in the late 90’s when residing in Los Angeles, California, where she was inspired and fascinated by the thriving underground house music scene. The deep, funky, jazzy, and tribal grooves that “west coast house” was founded upon have also been key elements in her dj sets ever since.
With the passion to share this new love she’d f
ound, Nina returned to Taiwan and launched into deejaying in 01’. Starting from spinning at underground events and a Ladies-night residency at Club 2F in Taipei, but soon after, she was constantly touring around and even got to spin alongside the DJ’s she admires the most- Derrick Carter and Johnny Fiasco, and voted #1 in Taipei Times "Top DJ Poll" in 2006.
At present, besides her residency at InHouse in Taipei every weekend, Nina is also known as “Queen Bee” - a contributor for the column “The Vinyl Word” in Taipei Times, spreading news about some of most interesting happenings and people on Taiwan’s dance music scene.

Nina習藝於美國洛杉磯，風格深受West Coast House影響，充滿FUNK、 JAZZ、SOUL和TRIBAL的元素，混音手法精緻而細膩 。2001年返台後即加入台灣電音教父DJ @llen創立之La Groove DJ團隊並正式於台北傳奇夜店2F展開DJ生涯。
DJ資歷邁入11個年頭的Nina，參與過無數的地下派對, 夜店、戶外派對的演出。 曾榮獲得英文台北時報2006年(Taipei Times)台灣Top DJ榜首的頭銜; 並擔任Chicago House大人物Johnny Fiasco 和 Derrick Carter, Brett Johnson的暖場DJ，也是唯一登上美國Underground House指標性電台”Chicago House FM”的唯一台灣籍DJ。目前除為台北著名夜吧 inHouse 的駐場DJ外, 也固定為Taipei Times捉刀, 撰寫關於DJ和電子音樂派對專欄”The Vinyl Word”， 致力推廣優質的地下電子音樂。

No party is too small or too big for this veteran of the dance scene. Though he favors House, he is no stranger to other genres, which often make an appearance in his sets. It’s all about quality music that reaches the soul, gets feet shuffling and booties shaking rather than labels stuck on to genres. Having played all over Asia and beyond, he makes Taiwan his current home. No matter whether headlining a festival or opening for visiting djs he is happy to provide quality sounds with soul.

In the past 7 years TAI went from being one of Germanys most acclaimed hip-hop producers to touring the globe and making a name in his own right as one of dance music's most prolific DJ & producers.

TAI’s discography includes an impressive and diverse list of collaborators, among them; Diplo, Watermat, Steve Aoki, Felix Da Housecat and Scott Storch.

His unique production skills have seen him release on tastemaker imprints such as Spinnin, Boys Noize, Dim Mak, Mixmash, Ultra, Doorn and Polydor (Universal). He's been personally requested to remix the likes of Sam Smith, Deorro, Kid Cudi, Steve Aoki, Peking Duk, The Bloody Beetroots and the Swanky Tunes among others.

On the live event front TAI’s completed several tours throughout Europe, Asia and Australia, making his mark with eclectic live sets, including performances at festivals such as world famous Tomorrowland (Belgium), Big City Beats (Germany), Beat Patrol (Austria), Future Music (Australia) and hundreds of clubs worldwide, among them renowned venues such as Pacha Ibiza, Privilege, Create L.A., Space And Bootshaus.

Looking onward in 2017: among several tours in the works, TAI is set to drop several follow up releases & remixes to his Beatport topping single "Frequency" with Watermät. His latest Armada Deep releases "In & Out" with the classic OnePhatDeeva vocal and "Paradise" have already worked their way into the House clubs from Ibiza to Miami to Australia as jacking house bangers.

One thing is for sure TAI’s following is growing rapidly and with a heightened anticipation for what’s to come next.
