Sometimes the creation of an EP just flows smooth like a club night. This is one of those times, we have been in contact with @pullichomba for almost a year now and they created this beauty of a track for us in June 2021 with powerful vocals from Macarena Paz (Ohmmmygoddess).

We directly knew who we wanted to remix this and @mytripismytrip, @Kapchiz and @DanielHokum all said yes right away. The fitting cover art comes from Dimitris Kiriakis and @niju-1 did the mastering, could not have dreamed of anyone better. This track is made for Berlin club nights and we can not wait to listen to it for the first time on club speakers ourselves.

In order to spread the concept of open source, the guys from “Project Senegal” travelled at its own expense to Dakar for the period from July 21st, 2017 to August 13th, 2017. In workshops they were teaching basic knowledge about the construction of solar charge controllers to the civilian population. The tenth edition of the Early Morning label stands as both a milestone and a statement of intent. In just a single year, its founder has reshaped the underground dance music landscape with a catalog that redefined the possibilities of the genre. This latest release features two new pieces that together form a tightly woven conceptual work spanning nearly seventeen minutes.

Guy J has built his reputation on reinvention. Each release feels less like a continuation of his past and more like a step into uncharted terrain. On the opening track, Worlds Apart, he fuses an emotive core with intricate sound design and spatial experimentation, leading listeners into liminal states where consciousness and subconsciousness blur. Despite its cerebral qualities, the piece never loses its pulse, the steady momentum that keeps it firmly anchored to the dancefloor.

True to the label’s name, this is music designed for dawn, for moments of release after a long night, for embraces on crowded floors, for the intangible bonds that form through shared experience.

The second track, Surreal, pushes further into abstraction. While echoes of early trance, a genre that shaped Guy J during his formative years, are evident, the piece reframes those influences through a progressive, hypnotic, and technologically refined lens. It is this ability to blend memory with innovation that distinguishes Guy J from his peers, offering listeners not just music but a reimagined space in which sound itself becomes an act of discovery.
