AHIL is a techno DJ based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
His sound can be described as rolling, layered with hypnotic elements combined with heavy-hitting kicks. He is always aiming to blend the different elements together in the best way possible, to create a really tense and hypnotic atmosphere.
Lately he is been attracted to the more hypnotic and dark side of techno, heavily influenced by labels like Modularz, Edit Select, NON Series, Faut Section to new a few.

“This particular mix was created just after a visiting Berlin, late 2021. I went here with some friends to fulfill my desire to dance in a dark and sweaty club. It contains a lot of hypnotic elements combined with heavy-hitting kicks, just how I like it the most when I’m on a dancefloor. The only thing you can do is find your rhythm and dance to it”

Part way through our stretch of parties at Corsica Studios we were fortunate to cross paths with a very special soul, someone whose deeply-rooted love for deep, hypnotic, atmospheric techno had pulled him in the direction of On the 5th Day during his first few days in London, and heck are we grateful for that! From those very first conversations we knew we were onto something special and that that was the beginning of an inspiring friendship. We weren't wrong!

It gives us much happiness therefore to introduce you to gLu, the artistic project of London-based Cauê Borba.

Spending the first part of his journey playing local clubs and afters while living in southern Brazil, Cauê soon formed an unshakeable bond with vinyl, falling more and more deeply into a devotion to creating transformative journeys to alter states of mind. Fast-forward 8 years and he's firmly but ever so humbly making a name for himself within the local scene, honouring his ongoing passion for a sound and style that inspired the very beginnings of On the 5th Day, and which continues to move, inspire and motivate us.

Dorian Gray is a respected DJ and producer in the hypnotic realm of techno who gets inspiration from astronomy, mythology, and ancient cultures. Spellbinding rhythms combined with detailed ambient pads shape Dorian’s signature sound and provide a glance at this artist’s inspirational flow and intricate creative process. Dorian’s music appeared on imprints like The Gods Planet, Edit Select Records, Informa Records, and his own label ‘DORIAN’ to name a few.  

In his set for SALON he immediately sets the tone. Dark and heavy lows intensify after which he pulls you out of the darkness and guides you into bright hypnotism.

The Alchemical Theory project was born in 2018 from the creative union of three italian producers. 

The identity of the project has been very influenced by the favorite sounds of the three artists, ranging from modular electronic sounds to much more atmospheric sounds. 

This project also comes from the love of mysticism, alchemy and nature. 
In each release they want to represent something that affects the listener's mind, reproducing a real mental journey.
