It is a track contest set out from Strange Music and overseen by Tech N9ne. It ends September 9th, Winner is flown to Kansas City too record with Tech, and will also be shooting a Music Video the following day. 
This is a charity run track, dedicated too wounded soldiers suffering from PTSD and the feeling and memories that they replay everyday. 
Hopefully this helps let them know we understand.
