We’re proud to present Destinations 01: Japan, the first edition in our globally inspired compilation series. This release showcases six melodic progressive house tracks from artists who draw influence not only from the genre’s deep emotional grooves but also from the spirit, scenery, and culture of Japan.

Each track offers a unique perspective, blending sonic storytelling with vibrant atmospheres:

A lush tribute to the night view from Nagasaki’s Mount Inasa. Soaring pads, piano plucks, and night-infused synth stabs create a cinematic experience.

🎧 Shion Hinano – “Hometown”

Derek Palmer is a film composer, musician and electronic music producer from the United States. His work spans a multitude of genres ranging in everything from film scoring/soundtracks and trailer music to EDM dance music and pop. He also hosts a bi-weekly radio show titled “Energized Radio with Derek Palmer” that airs on DI.FM. 

His film scoring work has been featured in numerous content creator shows, video games, trailers, films and short films,  as well as advertising ranging from clients such as Universal Studios, The United States Army, Centre VR Limited, Rocky Mountain PBS, Xology Inc., Full Sail University, AVGN as well as sporting events, various independent video game companies and content creators on YouTube.
