Emily!!! You nailed it.  Dis-ease and dis-order result in illness .....  our physical bodies reflect that which resonates as a result of our choices.   When we reflect on our e-motions we can see how they impact our health.  Also, the food we eat, the people we surround ourselves with, the music we listen to, etc... We can either shape ourselves with healthy life choices, or let external influences shape us. Thank you for your wisdom.
