El-B steps up for the 7th instalment of the Fruitcast, blending Garage, Grime, 2-Step & Dubstep vibes.

Originally one half of legendary garage duo Groove Chronicles, El-B formed Ghost Recordings at the turn of the millennium which pioneered the darker garage and dubstep sound. Ghost have always remained current and El-B and the collective are still active and producing music to this day. In this mix you can hear the sound the collective are renowned for including many of their own productions.
