Stimpy joins the Soul Deep family for his debut EP on Soul Deep Digital.  The EP features 3 diverse cuts that feature his own unique style of production.  "Funk With You", kicks things off with its funky piano riffs, deep chord stabs, breathy vocal efx, hip hop vocal samples, snappy drums, and deep sub bassline.  The song twists and turns through the funky realms of musical bliss.  "About Us", is another unique track that highlights Stimpy's ability to create a funky groove that makes your head nod.  The groove is created with a hypnotic pad, a stabby mid bassline, snapping syncopated drums, tasteful chord stabs, and echoing efx sounds.  Foonnnkaaay!  The 3rd track, "Stepping Out", takes a little different approach, using the talented vocalist, MC Astro, to deliver a silky smooth jazzy roller.  When the song hits the drop, an Amen drum loop drops in, as well as a punchy 808 style bassline, and tasty percussion sounds that help propel the song to the next level.  MC Astro's vocals dance beautifully around the underlying soundscape, creating an undeniable groove that will make you move.  An impressive debut from newcomer Stimpy!!

Hailing from New York City, I-CUE brings his signature sound to Soul Deep on the new "Loving the Sound EP".  I-CUE has an extensive background in producing and deejaying Hip-Hop, and it definitely has influenced his Drum &amp; Bass productions.  "Banco", kicks things off in a laid back, soulful fashion.  The song features, soulful piano samples, punchy drums, sexy strings, and a deep bassline that dances below the melody.  "Starship", is up next and features rolling drums, a stepping bassline, filtered keyboard samples, funky bass samples, wailing vocals, and lush piano samples.  Up next is the outstanding vocal tune, featuring the talented T.R.A.C. &amp; Cee Blak.  T.R.A.C. blesses the song with perfect hip-hop verses, while Cee Blak comes clean with the epic chorus embellishments.  Underneath the vocalists is a rolling track, featuring classic drum samples, a bouncy bassline, perfectly placed keys, and smooth strings.  MC Astro's immaculate vocals are featured on the next track, "The Sound".  The song kicks off with some lovely horn samples layered with a whirling synth loop.  Astro's vocals drop and transform the track to a head nodding journey into his thoughts about the love of music.  The bassline kicks in underneath the vocals and brings the track to the next level.  Overall, I-CUE has produced a breakthrough EP, fusing Hip-Hop and Drum &amp; Bass with seamless production.  Essential!!

The EP kicks off with the outstanding title track called, “Fall.”  The song takes a sweet sounding piano sample, a big subbassline, and some hip-hop beats to set the mood of the track.  Half way through the track, the tempo in the track switches up and it explodes into a melodic D&B anthem.  Next up, “Shoulda Come Back 2U,” takes a similar approach and features vocals by MC Astro.  The song kicks off with a smooth Hip-Hop jam, before unleashing the D&B tempo grooves.  “Why We Do It,” is up last and features the intoxicating vocals of Grimms.  The song opens with a smooth Hip-Hop tempo groove and and a nice mix of guitars, drums, and vocals.  When the song finally drops into the D&B tempo, it creates a feeling of head nodding satisfaction.  If you like live instrumentation, Hip-Hop vocals, and overall creativity in your music, then this is the EP you’ve been waiting for.  Smooth from Start to finish!!
